Sephiroths Masa Posted March 1, 2012 Posted March 1, 2012 Yo! New to the BlazBlue scene. Been in other scenes but just wanted to know whats going on here and introduce myself. Do people host offline tourneys in Utah or is the scene here dead?
Sharakonta Posted March 1, 2012 Posted March 1, 2012 Welcome. We Right now we really don't have enough people for Tourneys but at the ranbats held monthly at Gamegrid we're gonna do CSE casuals.
Sephiroths Masa Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Where is Gamegrid and what day is it usually held on?
Sharakonta Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Gamegrid is in Valley Fair mall and This month it's the 17th which is Saturday
Sephiroths Masa Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Oh wow, thats like 15 mins away from my house.
SaikoXeon Posted March 2, 2012 Author Posted March 2, 2012 yeah, VFM is pretty easy for everyone to get to (from my impressions).
Sharakonta Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Venue Fee if you participate in any of the tourneys goin on (All Evo games are the tourney ones) Other then that no
Sephiroths Masa Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Is it on PS3 or XBox? Sorry for cramming you guys with questions.
Sharakonta Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Nah tis fine tis fine. Everything is ran on Xbox so if you use pad it'd be a good idea to pick up a PS2>360 Converter or if you use stick you'll be fine if it's dual modded if not someone would let ya borrow one if needed.
Sephiroths Masa Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 I'm kinda new to BBEX in itself entirely. So where would be the best place to buy a dual modded stick?
Sharakonta Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Well, The only stick I know of that comes Dual modded out of the box is this http://eightarc.com/fusion-ebony but you could always get a PS3 or 360 stick and have it dual modded.
Sephiroths Masa Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Thanks, but I guess I'll have to wait till they're in stock again.
Sharakonta Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Well, there are Ranbats coming up on the 17th at Game Grid arcade if your able to show up, yes there will be BB and people do play Mahval if you still play it.
Himura_Ashura Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 17th at Game Grid? :O Does it cost anything???
Sharakonta Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 If you plan on entering one of the tourneys $5 Venue fee and $5 per tourney game, BB is just casuals so it be free.
Himura_Ashura Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Hmmm....Alright. Do you have a better....uhh.....Address?? xD
Himura_Ashura Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 Say no more!!!! =D The Destination is in mind, and now I know where it!! >=D I'll do what I can.
