I've dedicated myself to the pursuit of Mu prowess and I plan to see where that takes me. Lol, at australian BB cover. If this is because you think people will call you a tier whore... And @Jackie, I remember that now, thought it was the european one. Also, I'm not gonna lrn2Haku, I know almost everything about the guy, so I'ma lrn2Lambderp instead because I think she fits me more. If not her, then I'll go for Mu, if not Mu then I'll RQ BB and play some GG or VS as my main game.
LastStarSaviour Posted June 29, 2011 Posted June 29, 2011 It's nothing about being insulted that i'm worried about (Noel had to go through all of CS1 as terrible character and i've used her all throughout that time, so people will need something better than tier whore). I just want to test out a character that I need to use my brain a lot more for. There are some things I need to think about with Noel but not a lot. With Mu I feel I can get better at my fundamentals and work on my neutral game. Trust me, i've thought this through. I'll still be willing to use Noel in casuals if you guys ever need the match-up experience but that's about it.

I hope you didn't switch mains because Noel is top tier, play a character you enjoy regardless of what people think. It's a fcking videogame in the end, YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO HAVE FUN. No matter how broken a character is, with a few exceptions, nothing can substitute a player's skill and you wouldn't have placed what you did unless you had the skill as a player to do so.

Cyner Posted June 30, 2011 Posted June 30, 2011 I switched to Hakumen because he's manly, has touching moments in his story mode, and doesn't afraid of Grimoire's. Also he takes skill to use. Jin is too easy.

Even now I think about how gdlike you are for still handling characters like it's nothing with him. The biggest threat you can pose with Tager is walking forward. Sadly, I just started doing this a little over a month ago.

Implying Moon Diver is a good game Pfffffffffffffff. I couldn't stand that game. I played through five levels over at a friend's house with four people and not one of us could take it any more. Record of Agarest War seems pretty solid though. And it IS pretty funny you'd switch to Mu after making a big deal of memorizing Noel's frame data. XD

I don't play on PS3 but I could probably easily switch to the PS3 controller if need be. I can play BB with both a controller and my arcade stick.

You can't lock a glock, there is no safety on it :O instead it uses a two trigger system... Anyway... I should play you online sometime, I think we only ever played Marvel that one time.

I'm up for the entry fee staying at five dollars (plenty of people break the bank to make it to these tournaments all the time), think Marvel should stay, don't think MK is popular enough to warrant monthly tourneys (yet?), love the Mystery Game idea, and haven't played Child of Eden though it interests the FUCK out of me. If anyone's interested, it's $30 this week at Gamestop ONLINE ONLY. Orders over $25 qualify for free shipping, so it's not like you'd be paying any extra.
