Jackie Chandler Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 Map launcher to a shoulder button. You can map the same move to multiple buttons can't you? Just have S be on one of the triggers. you'll still have room for your assist buttons. OR YOU COULD GET A STICK HUE HUE I don't think I can map S to more than one button, but I may be able to map a combination of buttons (Y + A cough cough) to the Left Trigger/Right Trigger. Not sure about that though. I'll definitely look into it.
Milln Posted November 15, 2011 Author Posted November 15, 2011 I'll leave this here: http://m.youtube.com/?rdm=4ok72tp4s&reload=3#/watch?desktop_uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DmkWclyTo7Gw&v=mkWclyTo7Gw&gl=US Before anyone starts calling broken, keep in mind that all of these combos require ALL of EVERY BAR to only almost kill one Character out of three. Still gay, but jus' sayin'. Case of awesome but impractical.
Jackie Chandler Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 That link doesn't take me to a video Milln, but I think I've seen the video you're talking about already. :P
Milln Posted November 15, 2011 Author Posted November 15, 2011 That link doesn't take me to a video Milln, but I think I've seen the video you're talking about already. :P It does on my phone when I click on it... It's the KOF 13 console combo showcase
Seiki Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 I love how most of the combos are just 4 or 5 hits. The game really emphasizes on yomi and I love how dps cant be canceled to make them safe, again emphasis on yomi. No bs comeback factor and it's not too fast paced and not too slow. I love it. I know it's going to be my favorite fighting game before I even play it.

Seiki Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 What day of the week does it come out? I'll come if I don't have work and there isn't a test the next day.
LastStarSaviour Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 (edited) It comes out next Tuesday and imma play the hell out of it during my Thanksgiving break. Elisabeth/Mai/Athena all day! Edited November 16, 2011 by LastStarSaviour
Seiki Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Just making sure Tad are you still coming to my house this thanksgiving?
Milln Posted November 16, 2011 Author Posted November 16, 2011 Star's invited, too. Heck, everyone is. Imma see about being off.. I forget what the email said about that week from my DM. Sunday through Wednesday, we're doing a huge wireless sale that I have to be present for the first few days.
Alphakami Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Naimat: Seriously doubt it. I don't see any traveling in my near future. Thumbs down, soldier.
Kyle Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Middle Tennessee needs more VAMPIRES! Seriously tho, I am bringing about 5 guys w/ me to hang in middle TN sometime at the end of January. Errybody is invited to the party. We will be playing GG & VSAV. Other games a slightly possible. You motheruckers start VSAV now and can be competitive when we show up. =)

LastStarSaviour Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 You motherfuckers start VSAV now and can be competitive when we show up. =) NOPE!!!

LastStarSaviour Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Yeah, don't listen to us chumps, i've seen the game I just don't think I could take it seriously. Thus, i'll re-iterate my last statement...NOPE!
Seiki Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 Yeah, don't listen to us chumps, i've seen the game I just don't think I could take it seriously. Thus, i'll re-iterate my last statement...NOPE! vampire savior is a better fighting game than bb. like seriously. If you can't take VS seriously you really can't take BB seriously. Atleast, imo. If anyone has a copy I'll practice and play with them, so Milln if you happen to be getting into it ill play with you.
LuminAbyss Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 vampire savior is a better fighting game than bb. like seriously. I can't speak for what is better than what, because I've found there is absolutely no such thing as an objectively good fighting game. A lot of the time, it all comes down to what system mechanics/characters/etc appeal most to you. In the end, it's all about what is fun to you. If someone can't take a game seriously, it's just how they are. I can't take Guilty Gear or Arcana Heart seriously at all. Not because they aren't good games, but they don't click with me. While on the other hand, I absolutely love BlazBlue, King of Fighters, and Melty Blood. Again, that doesn't mean they're good games for everyone, but for me, I enjoy it them a lot. If a game is balanced enough to the point where almost any character can win, than it's already not an objectively bad fighting game. the only bad fighting games out there are the incredibly broken, one-sided ones. And there aren't too many of those.
Seiki Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 you forgot the "imo" in my post...imo stands for "in my opinion"...
LastStarSaviour Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 I never said that Vampire was bad. There just aren't enough characters with good designs that interest me to keep me playing. Looks good to watch, but honestly I wouldn't sit down and give it the type of time it deserves. Also, I do not believe it's a better fighting game. I just can't see it.
