@Jackie: Why would you pay the extra money of S@H when the american relese comes out like in Febuary. Plus it's not like you'll actually need the extra time to train seeing as you play Ragna, Just press buttons and do what you did in CS2 to get wins.

@Everyone I will request the MWC room tomorrow evening unless someone makes a case dither wise. We have enough people determined to guarantee participants and setups, I don't see the drawback of having extra room for the same price.

Everyone should take a look into this and pay attention to what I say next. I haven't really made mention of it until now but it's important: Nearly every tournament uses PS3 units to run their games. If you are 360 controller only, as in you don't use a stick, I strongly recommend either migrating to a GOOD stick (Hori real arcade pro EX2, SF TE, or have one made by a stick modder such as Duckie) to practice on, getting a good, lagless converter, or buying a ps3 controller and practicing with it. It will cost you money. However, it will benefit you in the long run. I don't want to see any of you go through what Astaroth did in Final Round, nor do I want you to face what Star has to deal with every month.

Personally, I'm going for the dual modded stick so I can play both.

I wanted to correct something Milln said too. Most tournaments (e.g. WNF, MWC, most Spooky-streamed east coast tournaments, etc.) ACTUALLY run on 360. The three big sponsored ones (FR, FR qualifiers, EVO) run on PS3. This is a really stupid tradition that needs to be broken, but you just have to grin and bear it for now.

I could never find a good Xbox 360 -> PS3 converter (I'm not sure one exists, really), so I just settled on buying an Afterglow PS3 controller. The buttons feel quite different, but the analog stick is in the same place as the 360's, and that's a big deal to me. In fact, if it turns out Extend is region-locked on 360, I might just import the Japanese PS3 version and play it with that. I don't think you guys understand how much I enjoy Blazblue/want the next version of the game. :P

On a side note, have you heard any reports about the Cross Battle Adapter 2.0, Kyle? You seem to know quite a bit about converters/run the SRK thread about them, so I figure you might know. I wouldn't be willing to throw $80 at one, but if I could find it for cheaper I might consider it if it were a quality converter/better than the 1.0.

Game Galaxy room for five bucks a person until its necessary that we move out. I'm on the lookout for new venues today. Driving around Antioch today for a few hours. Might move us all to Nashville.

Whoa, switching to PS3s? Isn't that going to cause a huge decrease in set-ups available and also a bit of hardship for most of the people who play 360? I'm down for the change but I just took the console we played on like a man and dealt with it (seeing as I was the minority PS3 player, resulting in me not entering all-together but whatevs). Also, I don't mind the Game Galaxy room for a while but hopefully a new venue will pop up. With all the games, set-ups, and equipment needed for what we do it's going to be very annoying. I think we will need something much bigger also, once KoF becomes a part of the line-up. These are just my thoughts anyway...

On a side note: Milln, I want to enter KoF so badly man. I finally feel like I can do really well in it now that I have a solid team and an idea of what I want my team to do (It's kind of weird because when I play BB I feel like people just assume my character is carrying me) But with KoF I think my actual skill will get to show so I want to be at the top of my game going forward. However, not having the accessiblity to do so keeps me from entering. That's the only reason I made the comment to show up but only watch, no offenses were meant. This was bugging me for a while and I wanted to comment on it but didn't have any time this morning. I might place an order later on tonight but honestly I don't want to if we're switching to PS3s. As for Final Round, i'll train up. I know I can wreck some faces in BB.

@Jackie: I'm pretty sure i'm the hypest for Extend currently.

@Star: I don't think Milln is saying WE are switching to ps3's but that major tournies DO so if you plan to go to a major be ready to play on either a 360 OR ps3.

I'm with Naimat, I hate being crammed in the arcade. It drags things out only having a couple setups in a cramped space, and how noisy it gets in there can be distracting. If it can't be helped it can't be helped, but I'd much rather pay a more inflated venue for a better overall tournament.
