Chandler, I remember worrying about all of those things last year. Take it from me. People don't care how you map buttons. On the wireless pad thing, I don't know what to tell you. I'd say you can use it with the charger, but YOU MUST ensure it doesn't connect/come on during someone else's match.

Sony doesn't manufacture wired PS3 controllers, so if Shin isn't cool with people being careful with them, I'll be forced to use a third-party controller (which doesn't seem fun OR comfortable).
