Guilty Gear in China (Qingdao)

Hello I live in Khabarovsk(Russia Far East near China) and play fighting a lot, have a lack of competitive players(and no ping with Europe or Asia), so I think about traveling to China to play GG on Arcade. Tougeki 2010 was in Qingdao is I remember so there is a lot of good players? where can I find it some arcade? or Can I contact with them somehow?

Also win which city can I play GG in China? Shanghai? there is a lot arcades in Shanghai I hear, but in Qingdao sea. So where I must travel to China to play with good GG players? Can't find any china community or something.

Which game also play in China? a lot of KoF. BB? Tekken? SF? any?

or it just bad idea to try play fightings in China

Tougeki is in Tokyo, but i guess you meant the qualifier tournament, right?

by the way, wouldn't it be easier to take a flight to Sapporo, in north Japan, and find arcades there? or is it faster/cheaper to go to China?

Travel to Japan too expencive for me flight cost too much(they like do not care that khabarovsk is really near) and hotel+live
