Move List/Guidebook?

Is there a guidebook for this game with all the character specific move, special moves, and distortions along with their various properties available anywhere? Thank you!

There is the Japanese mook/guide that you can import. It's in Japanese of course, so if you don't know the language you won't beable to read much besides framedata. Sadly there is no English equivalent yet. (mvc3 guide was pretty great)

But lemme tell you about this nice site called DustLoop! It's not in book form but people have made some great strat threads and there is even a framedata section which has all the moves and frames for each character! http://dustloop.com/guides/bbcs2/
