Battle For Seattle Taking place May 28th & 29th, it will be run as part of a larger convention known as SRGE [seattle Retro Games Expo], at Hotel Deca in Seattle (Near the University district). This will be a larger event, so I'd like to encourage everyone to come. We haven't had anything of a similar scale since Northwest Majors 2. I'll hope to see Portland & Canada crew as well. The tournament lineup will be as follows: (Newer games) BlazBlue Continuum Shift 2 (PS3) Super Street Fighter 4 (X360) Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (X360) Mortal Kombat 9 (X360) Tekken 6 (PS3) (Classic games) Super Street Fighter II Turbo (Arcade version, not HDRemix) Vampire Savior (the game everyone loves but nobody plays -- also arcade version) Marvel vs. Capcom 2 (Dreamcast... I think -- maybe PS2? Arcade? Will post correction later) Because this tournament is part of a larger convention, registration for the convention is required. If you preregister, it's $20 venue to cover your entry into the convention & tournament, and from there you pay on site for the games you want to enter. Next gen titles are $10 entry each, and classic titles are $5 each.
