well, try to get away from eddie, summon hs fish, ???, PROFIT!!! but this character doesn't have any cheap stuff unfortunately... no easy overhead, no command throw, nothing... kill the little eddie with ice spike, which is why u need to keep the distance. dizzy loses to eddie in close and mid-range, since his pokes are better and SO MUCH MORE REWARDING... though... if u really need to just beat huey's eddie, talk to tae and learn the super awesome character called potemkin and just cheese him out, lol usually dizzy's matches go like 1) she jumps and airdashes around all over the place and 2) either land a random hit into knockdown or just randomly summons fish and 3) attack once the fish is out and 4) repeat
