Guize, question dun sa status on ps3 units. I'm willing to bring my ps3 with valk makoto plat, SSF4AE, MvC3, and 2 arcade sticks. Just holler if you'd need another PS3, or sticks. I just won't be able to bring an LCD

Di ako in-charge sa logistics pero tol kailangan atang iwan dun for 2 days yung mga ps3 units. Kung willing ka talaga PM mo si lolokoa or McArthur ng contact details mo. Di ko alam kung kumpleto na yung PS3 pero I'm sure more than welcome yung arcade sticks at extra game copies.

Yung BBPH artbook 3 yung nai-uwi ko dati kasi ang dami kong nakitang iniwan lang sa Iplay kaya inuwi ko na. Yung isa ginupit-gupit ko na at dinikit ko sa likod ng pinto ko. Donate ko na rin yung 2 pang natitira dito sakin. Para dun sa extension cords magdadala ako ng tatlo at kung may additional expenses pa pwede rin ako makihati.

congrats dun sa meeting and great ideas you guys came up with. matanong ko lang dun sa tourney sa sunday, di kaya tayo kakapusin ng oras if ever 3pm pa magstart yung tourney? or if ever that other participants that will be included in the final matches have to go home early?

In relation to what bert said, we've left our equipment behind in the megatrade hall and theyve assured us of their safety and they were able to deliver.

I think we can inform them what time the tournament will end. I think we can finish the tourney in 3-4 hours with around 8 units at our disposal. =D

I'll be emailing Ozine to request for the following information:

-request for dividers

-how many ids do we get and can we buy additional exhibitor passes?

Btw regarding the P5 entrance fee, i think we have to pay P500 permit since we are charging people for the following event plans on that day.

Oh and some requests lang:

-To those who will volunteer as marshalls/bantays/arcade guard/etc, you guys can go around and roam the convention to experience it. Just tell the people beforehand (Ry, mark, me or whoever is there) para may substitute kayo, thanks =D

-Please do not leave your valuables unattended or at least ensure that there is some safeguard for this (such as the dividers). We don't want people losing things.

-As much as possible please don't allow other people to leave their stuff behind the booth area like a baggage counter. Baka mawala and its going to occupy space D=

Also, still asking kung push through parin sa keychains. Pins are easier since we can use old fanart then get a headshot of each character (18) then add effects and viola. Keychains are a bit harder to make but I'm sure that if we divide the effort between people, it would be an easier load for all of us. Of course, I'm willing to draw these.

If ever you want to donate art for keychain, this is a small "guide" I made on how to process actually works.

Theme would be: Chibi forms of the characters in their character select portraits.

You can see Hazama in the small guide I just provided.

Michi: Hazama, Jin, Tager, Tsubaki, Litchi, Noel

Mark: Rachel, Ragna, Valkenhayn

Aile: Murakumo units, Makoto, Platinum, Arakune

Missing are Bang and Carl. There are 18 characters in total.

This is only if we're truly pushing through with the keychain idea.

Me and Dix sama are preparing horse combos for Tsubaki. Trying to practice the level 5 one for recording purposes. Lolololol.

The 5 pesos per try is a really good idea. We might be able to use what we get as funds for future events. :DD

I can bring my PS3, a 2.1 speaker setup, and a 22" monitor. I can leave everything there except for the monitor, which I will have to bring home, because I use it for my computer as well. I've also got BBCS, AH3, MvC3, and SSF4:AE. Take from these things what you need.

I'm pretty sure you're referring to the supposed ps3 unit forever set to score attack : Yes , five pesos per try. Parang arcade.

As for the other I think you might mean freeplay. If so yes, freeplay is free (I believe).

We have sticks and pads. up to you whether you want to use one or not.

And I believe Jin does. Not so sure if it still works though. idek 2b>5b>5c>2C>214b

How many copies of the keychains do we need to do per character?

Was planning at least 15 per character, all of their original color palette unless there are people who want theirs pre-made. And just take your time, rushing these would make them look rushed indeed. Just work on your spare time. I can help line by this weekend, or at least after Friday since lol thesis.

More specifics about the keychains.

They have to be 300dpi for printing. The sizes should be at least 2500 x 2500. We're going to make it 3 inches in size when we're going to print it on A3 paper.

Who here has a laminator that can make A3 fit?

Also, willing to split the 500 for the selling? We'll need to pay that in order for us to sell at the con.

These are my questions atm.

I have no idea about pins, so I'll leave that to Ry. :3

Almost everything that works in CS1 works for CS2. Besides overhead combos, Single hirensou combos still work, Throw combos are abit different.

Question also, how big is the area allocated for us? Parang masikip na ata tayo with 6 PS3 setup if like before. Sticks for sure kayang kayang bitbitin on foot.
