  2. I tried that then IAD (and instant Barrier block) but ice sometimes hits. either start of IAD or when attack almost reaches her Lol Kokoball so strong Growler fielding it gets Azrael three cannons

Just sharing some stuff for everyone -Jump cancellable on block - 5a 5b 5c 6c( 6c leaves you on double jump though since youve used your jump already) -Magneton has 9 directions to set up (9d, 4d, etc.) and -Her revolver action is somewhat similar to GG wherein you can do 2b-> 5b and vice versa or 2c -> 5c and vice versa. You can d oa lot with this, like jump cancelling stuff -you can do two 6a's in a blockstring and 6a is head invul also (anti-air) -her 5a hits crouchers -5b has a bit of foot invul -Her life is around 10-10.5K -backdash has some invul frames from the start (she can backdash kokonoe 2c so lol) -same goes with 22c teleport. She's very very open when shes coming out of her tele. But you guys would prolly see this only during fireball mixups anyway, not as an escape option or whatever :P -Icegun (236C) much chip damage. Funny thing is if Hakumen blocks it with no barrier it's 1/4 life dmg. If he gets hit, same thing WHAT?! Dunno if everyone knows, but there will be two other conventions, that will be held on sept 4, 2011, aside from ours. ToRCH which will be held in SM southmall will be cosplay oriented. Hero TV's "Hero Face-off 2" will also be cosplay oriented but its going to be held in megatrade hall 2 in megamall, right beside Otaku Expo. Thanks Ry sa info sa HeroTV

  16. My point is if we sell em, it'll be a violation of IP. I needed to repeat what i have been typing, like right now, is because the point doesn't seem to come across. And i remember that i said i will email Arc Sys rin regarding that when we were in megamall, so i did. And we have a reply. I am stating a recommendation because its really upto the person in charge of this whether he/she pursues selling excess keychains or not GIVEN THIS SITUATION. Di ko siya call kasi di ako part dun sa side events. My role for the pre-event is to act as a correspondence to Ozine and other organizations involved. If said person wants to go with selling it, then go. If not, then dont.

  18. @Bert Shirts, keychains, books, etc are all considered as copyrightable materials by definition under the law. In marketing, shirts are one of the best benchmark when asking that type of questions relating use of copyrighted stuff for promotions since keychains might have a different value for the japan market or other markets (like cellphone straps, stickers, wall scrolls, mugs, place mats, dakimakura, etc). They replied 'ANY bb-related material'. Thus they had things such as keychains and other stuff like fan artbooks in mind and out of curiousity which permit are you talking about? I wouldnt ask Ozine if Arc Sys said no already. D= @Mark I agree that its making a mountain out of a mole hill and I can relate na its just a keychain. Yes i think Arc Sys (thanks michi sa spelling clarification XD) won't be spending big bucks just to put make a case out of keychains from a foreign country being sold for 100-200y (price subject to change XD). However, I think we also have to respect the wishes of Arc Sys since they have said no already.

As for the 'just because I'm in a convention'. To begin with, bawal yun. Even Komikon has rules regarding selling work that doesnt belong to them (since summer 2008 i think, Here is a copy of their rules). Kaya nakakalusot si CSCentral is because of distribution rights, pero pede parin siyang samapahan ng kaso ng piracy ng mga publishers. They arent doing it because its costly to do it, especially sa ibang bansa pa sila (mas madali pag first world country magsampa). US based companies (Marvel, DC, Disney) are very particualr about their copyright work. Kaya bihira ka makakakita ng fan-based work. Jap companies are more lenient though (comiket, et al) because they know that its ambient advertising for them. Iba iba yan kada kumpanya. Recommendation ko ay use it only for prizes. So far we can charge for side events like that arcade station for free (unless Ozine decides to charge us all of a sudden). And if they do decide to charge us, we'll still profit from the "No-wait" Arcade station since P5 kada game siya (100games = 500pesos) and I do think na even us community members will avail of this service as well. 100games is easily attainable if 2 rounds parin setting nya.

  21. re: Ozinefest stuff Just a heads up to those concerned: 1.) We might not have to pay the business permit for the P5 entry ("As long as reg fee lang i think pwede naman makalusot yun." -verbatim po yan). I already sent a follow-up email regarding this, pero just to be on the safe side lets have P500 just in case =D 2.) They will provide us with: electricity, 12 monobloc chairs, and 4 6x2 tables. How many did we have last time? 5? We might be able to ask for an additional table depending on our circumstances and the space available. 3.) Normally they give two exhibitor passes, pero pede rin dagdagan ng 2 more. As for purchasing IDs to follow muna siya, but if ever they'll sell exhibitor ids, i think we can get another 2 more at most. EDIT: Ozine is asking for a summary of the events we have in our booth so they can post it as well. If anyone is free and knows the side events can he/she send it to my email so i can do some spell/grammar check before we send it to ozine =D. I've also asked them to refer to us as Blazblue Philippines, like before, in case they decide to mention us in passing like this (http://www.otakuzine-mag.com/main/?p=175). =D

I don't think I can go halfday, biglaan nalang may mga tentative schedulings I can lend my copy of BBCS for the tourney pero we'll need to update the units to cs2 in case we plan on using all of em for the tourney (which prolly, updated na lahat ata XD)
  23. @shir0kami In relation to what bert said, we've left our equipment behind in the megatrade hall and theyve assured us of their safety and they were able to deliver. @Q: I think we can inform them what time the tournament will end. I think we can finish the tourney in 3-4 hours with around 8 units at our disposal. =D I'll be emailing Ozine to request for the following information: -request for dividers -how many ids do we get and can we buy additional exhibitor passes? Btw regarding the P5 entrance fee, i think we have to pay P500 permit since we are charging people for the following event plans on that day. Oh and some requests lang: -To those who will volunteer as marshalls/bantays/arcade guard/etc, you guys can go around and roam the convention to experience it. Just tell the people beforehand (Ry, mark, me or whoever is there) para may substitute kayo, thanks =D -Please do not leave your valuables unattended or at least ensure that there is some safeguard for this (such as the dividers). We don't want people losing things. -As much as possible please don't allow other people to leave their stuff behind the booth area like a baggage counter. Baka mawala and its going to occupy space D= EDIT: Do you guys have other questions for sep3-4 with ozine staff so i can include them in my email? =D I'll be sending em questions either tonight or tomorrow morning (we'll be reminding everyone about this a week before the event rin and other friendly reminders rin ^^)

  25. If we are going to sell merchandise in our booth we need to pay P500 for the permit. We don't need to pay anything additional to that.
