Where: Also to be decided out of the 3: iPlay (VitoCruz Manila) . Caltrops (Philcoa QuezonCity) . DTier (Presidents Ave. Paranaque)

Why: We are doing this to have fun and for CHARITY and to make Kids Happy, so we should make this happen and everyone should have the spirit of Xmas

Again Thanks to Ry, Raf, Doc Nic, Kei and that small person for attending the meeting.

Anyways here's a short summary of what have been discussed so far,

There would be no North versus South for the coming December event, you got that right so those who are eager to join this melee can suck some centaurs balls cause it's not happening. Just kidding, It's just that we got something more interesting in store for you. The Charity Event would be fought using a team battle format, like the one that we used on Cosmania'2011 and Mandac Cup'2011. Each team will create a ladder and beat the hell out of each other, and the survivors of the ladder match will then again face off on the 2nd round. However there would be some changes, instead of the random draw lots for the team members a neutral persons (some guy) or a representative will decide which person goes to which team. Who would be responsible in making that draft? Who knows we'll find out when we get there. A team captain would also be chosen on that format and will be in charge of how he/she will position the order of their teams on the ladder. The second round will also have its own rules but that would come later since certain parts needs to be refined.

Tentative price for the Entrance for the charity tourney would be 150-200, and the stage could be I-Play (vito cruz), Caltrops (Philcoa) or D-Tier (Parañaque). I would personally recommend Caltrops because that is my bias opinion. As for the Date, a poll would be made for that one later this day so do please vote sincerely. We're doing this for the KIDS.

Keep in mind that this is a Charity tournament, we're here to find some competition and have fun.

Expect the rules to change since the GSX would be polishing it, hopefully they'll be able to make a draft next week.

It's like going to megamall... either take the faster route which is taking an MRT ride to Q. Ave then Jeep to philcoa or ride a bus going to philcoa directly (usually takes time though) alternatively from la salle taft, you can ride an FX bound for fairview and get to philcoa much easier.

Let's make this official.

So tomorrow, starting at around 3pm, there will be overnight casuals in Caltrops, Philcoa. We'll go as long as we can, well into Wednesday hopefully. We'll have a bunch of stations, hopefully around 3 PS3s and 1 PS2, all pumping a continuous stream of sweet fighting game sensory overload into your organs. The games we will be playing will include Blazblue: CS2, KoF XIII, SSF4:AE, UMvC3, Arcana Heart 3, Melty Blood AA, Guilty Gear AC. Swing on by if you play any of these games. I'll also probably be running games of The Resistance for people who are waiting for their games, and if you don't know what that is, you can ask the people in here for how potent this game is in making you not trust anyone ever again.

The fee will be 50 pesos for people doing half time or less on the place, and 100 pesos for the people who want to destroy their eyes overnight. Should be enough to cover everything, I think. If anyone needs directions, I'll provide a Google Map link. No, I cannot comment on why my search criteria was Chowking: The aforementioned link.

If anyone needs detailed commuting directions, feel free to message me. Otherwise, I'll see you there!

Second post clarifying how long we're staying, and the price:

Like I said, it's 50 pesos for people staying half time (i.e. our regular time of about nine hours), and 100 for those staying for more than that, which obviously can stretch well into Wednesday morning. People can totally stay as long as they want, and if there are people who want to go and spend an entire TWO DAYS, well who am I to stop you. If you are staying from like 3pm Tuesday to Wednesday night, then I ask that you pay 150 pesos, though. That's a long ass time and we'll have to ask a little more from you if that's the case.
