Again Thanks to Ry, Raf, Doc Nic, Kei and that small person for attending the meeting.

Anyways here's a short summary of what have been discussed so far,

There would be no North versus South for the coming December event, you got that right so those who are eager to join this melee can suck some centaurs balls cause it's not happening. Just kidding, It's just that we got something more interesting in store for you. The Charity Event would be fought using a team battle format, like the one that we used on Cosmania'2011 and Mandac Cup'2011. Each team will create a ladder and beat the hell out of each other, and the survivors of the ladder match will then again face off on the 2nd round. However there would be some changes, instead of the random draw lots for the team members a neutral persons (some guy) or a representative will decide which person goes to which team. Who would be responsible in making that draft? Who knows we'll find out when we get there. A team captain would also be chosen on that format and will be in charge of how he/she will position the order of their teams on the ladder. The second round will also have its own rules but that would come later since certain parts needs to be refined.

Tentative price for the Entrance for the charity tourney would be 150-200, and the stage could be I-Play (vito cruz), Caltrops (Philcoa) or D-Tier (Parañaque). I would personally recommend Caltrops because that is my bias opinion. As for the Date, a poll would be made for that one later this day so do please vote sincerely. We're doing this for the KIDS.

Keep in mind that this is a Charity tournament, we're here to find some competition and have fun.

Expect the rules to change since the GSX would be polishing it, hopefully they'll be able to make a draft next week.

Where: Also to be decided out of the 3: iPlay (VitoCruz Manila) . Caltrops (Philcoa QuezonCity) . DTier (Presidents Ave. Paranaque)

Why: We are doing this to have fun and for CHARITY and to make Kids Happy, so we should make this happen and everyone should have the spirit of Xmas

I prefer it to be in iPlay though. :v If it's going to be philcoa, most likely I'm not going (unless Lard drags my butt there). What do you mean by draft though? As in a small revision of the rules? I can help if ever. c: I came in pretty late during the last one so I'm not sure how the picking of members worked out at that time. I think it was rock-paper-scissors?

Report on possible Xmas Charity Venue

Just had a talk with iPlay owner, he said a discount is a sure go as well as staying up to 9, im guessing pwde din up to 10 pero un na ung sagad. as for the discount itself he'll follow it up kng magkano exactly bsta sure yun, and he knows na charity event ito so ayun.

depending on the discount, iplay should be the venue then, I mean, more money towards the kids. That and we can stay there longer than before :> . D-tier is good, too but I think some of us might have issues with the distance. I don't know about Philcoa thouugh |D

Ok na din yun Discount at extended time, I guess antayin na lang naten yun balita tungkol sa presyo ng discount.

Gusto ko din sana try naten yun philcoa dahil malaki yun space nya walang problema sa oras at para maiba naman.

Pero yun nga, mukhang I-play na bagsak naten dahil masyadong mahirap yun 1 bus ride or 1 mrt tapos jeep para sa karamihan.

Now now, let's not cast aspersions and passive aggressiveness when it's unwarranted. While obviously I'd like it if stuff was held in Philcoa a bit more often, if dudes want iPlay, then I don't really know how to say no to them. I just wish some people would frequent other places like Philcoa a bit more often. I mean, come on guys, it's not like we're talking Manila to Baguio here. You could go there in the time it takes you to take a dump.

i know ung iba, naiilang pa dahil cguro sa distance or d familiar sa lugar, kht ako sympre naiilang pa din dun (kaya pasama sana pag pwde ako sa Nov30 AHIHIHI)

but in time every hub will get its flow like blood traveling everywhere in the human body, speaking of which i has suggestions for season3 to make use of our gaming hubs.

and un din its gna be a xmas charity event so let's just make sure peeps are comfortable kng ano man ung final details na maplantsa natin.

Okay, I believe I said something wrong. ;_; But the reason why I usually can't go to philcoa is it's usually on a Friday. :v If it's going to be on the 17th, there's a chance that I would go. If it's on the 10th then I can't (finals week). Talked to Dix about philcoa since I've never went there and I'm crossing my fingers to have it on the 17th. If that's the case, then I can most likely attend whether it be philcoa or in iPlay.
