Hello BBPH

I've Been observing this Group for the past few days and what can I say is the the wall is pretty mess-up of various informations from events, video post ,pictures, tournament results and casual invites

From what I see that some post of good value like the BBCSX Newb Guide or Bang Tutorial down there is bump down making it less visible thus also needed to re-bump just to let new people see that

This become an apparent problem when stuffs goes out like casuals invite or event as people post new stuffs ,the old good stuffs are being lost and this redundant by rebumping those thus repeating an endless cycle(I happen to scroll down till January post and see things just repeating)

Long Story Short this group is too big for A Facebook Group Page not to mention you guys have too create a secondary group just to have a functioning chatroom

you could post your stuffs here like events, tutorial and whatnot what different is that this is blank slate or a place that no group has claim yet not to mention its has a functioning chatroom and calendar system as for mods just give me a holler and as well adding new section for the forum

Anyway guys, we need to beef up the community again and I've thought of ways na pwede natin gawin instead of just crossing our fingers and hoping for the best. As we can see (and what I've been fearing), the scene is slowly dying, not only that and there's not much material for BlazBlue that's new and can keep us going. We need to plan this all out. First I'm listing down what we can or need to do. Second, I'll be listing what we need to do.

Guys, sorry for being bossy or someshit but really, I don't want this to just bleh. Please stick with me guys, I'm sure pagkatapos maaayos din lahat.

What we can or need to do:

1. Season Extend Ranbats: We haven't officially held one besides the one in LBZ and the one in Summer Salt. I know that people are bummed/happy about the changes but we need to at least start the season. It's better late than never, also it's what keeps the community going and buffs our level of competition.

2. BBPH FB Group Clean-Up: We currently have 260+ members. How many of these are active? 30? Yeah, exactly. We'll need to start removing some of them from the group. Heck some of them aren't even keeping the chat on and aren't even posting in our event posts. Actually, I'm fine if we don't do this at all but I just have a gut feeling that the group will be active again if the chat were back. So at least 249 members until FB changes its mind and raises the cap for the member limit of the chat.

3. Forum Advertisement: I'd prefer if we were to advertise the use of the P2D forums. We can also use the new forum the above post has explained but since P2D already has a forum for us, it's best that we make the most out of it. I'll explain how we can do this in the next part. I think that this is of utmost priority as it just seems that we're relying on the FB group for ALMOST EVERYTHING. I know that DL is a good source of information but of course, mas maganda na rin pag may sarili tayong forums for our own vids, own inputs, own opinion and etc.

What I want for the forums is that it will be our main source of BB-related information and then FB will just be for advertisement purposes. Isn't that what we first wanted?

4. BBPH Combo Execution Video: This is also quite important to get all of us working together for a project and feel good about it afterwards. It's a good source of bonding and experience for all of us. With this, we can make people get used to the forum-life by asking them to post there instead of the FB group. Yes, FB is more convenient but if we say that they have no choice but to post there kind of scenario, it will motivate them to actually go look in the forums and share their inputs. I have a good feeling that this won't be successful but it's worth a shot.

5. Casuals: Let's make these regular instead of them 'just happening'. Something like how Philcoa was before, it was regularly done on Fridays. The cash used naman is shared among the members so I don't think that's much of a problem. It's to keep our scene more regular and for players to at least make it a routine and let them know when casuals are happening. It doesn't have to be regular for every place like D-Tier, Saltybox, iPlay, Terumi's Dungeon but the way casuals are right now is like, random. I want to fix that at least.

LIST OF WHAT TO DO:

1. Which forum do you guys want to advertise? The new one, P2D one, or the DL one? Either way, we'll need to make the forums look active. I'm not the mod in P2D anymore because I'm a lazy fuck and busy with school but yeah, at least post something in the designated character sections.

2. Are you guys for the FB group cleaning? If you guys are, I'll make an announcement post and see who will either like it or comment on it. Best way to do it is to make it subtle. Like WHO WANTS FREE FOOD. From there we can see who are still going to the group and such.

3. Scheduling of the ranbats? Summer is in and I know it's rough but sometime June sounds like a good date. Or after that. We're having Summer Salt on May 6 so June or July is good.

4. There's a con for Natsumonogatari. May concrete plans na tayo doon? Pakipost naman please; Mark and Allan. c:

5. OPEN UP IAD.

I want to hear what people have to say about this, especially the regulars and have been with BBPH for a long time. I know I'm bossy and arrogant and BS but it's for the sake of the community. Let's do this guys.

Season Extend Ranbats/Schedule: I honestly still don't know how this works in terms of frequency. Was this monthly before or held on a whim? I remember going to two ranbats; one in Iplay then Ozinefest. Then there was that October Insurrection(?) but I wasn't there.

BBPH FB Group Clean-Up: If it's going to be subtle, then just click that X button. A "bait" post won't do, I might even troll and ask for DAT FREE FOOD. Just don't cleanse a whole 200 lot in one fell swoop.

Casuals: I don't own Caltrops, but sorry for that. But I've been told that a new one MIGHT open somewhere in Katipunan. Cokesakto, King of the North, is searching for a place for casuals. But for the time being he invites us over to his castle in Cubao. I'm game to casuals down south, makati or manila, but I can't keep that up because hell I'm poor.

Ang Hype parang Fad, mabilis mawala, Pero ang deikasyon pang matagalan.

Sa tingin ko mas magandang approach na maintain kung ano meron tayo ngayon, isang Scene.

Dahil wala ka nang Scene, wala nang pupuntahan yan mga current members mo, lalo na makahatak ng bagong tao.

Para saken mas mahalaga na may Casuals na nangyayari as suggested by Justin nun mga nakaraan pages dito sa thread.

Game naman kami dito, kahit may monthly streaming pa.

Sadly kahit na gusto namin mag host ng malaking monthly Casuals dito sa D-tier eh ayaw naman ng majority sa venue dahil nga MALAYO.

Pangalawa Wala kaming Kredibilidad X3, wala kasing celebrity status.

Di ako ganun kagaling na player, pero ang magagawa ko lang eh tumulong sa pag organize ng event, kahit na wala tayong sposors alam ko na may mga tropa ako na maasahan na tutulong.

Kaya Supportahan ko na lang ang pag gawa ng event. So yeah Natsumono at malay naten makabalik tayo sa Cosplaymania.

Hi Guys,

Regarding this link: http://emptycarnival.freeforums.org/index.php and p2d forums, I was unable to access this due to network issues and an unwanted page just came up from it carrying an unwanted malware. Therefore, my vote still sticks with dustloop for source of info. IAD is potentially better because of the ad factor.

Ahhhmm... not updated again. What's the natsumonogatari event and where would this take place?
