It's called an After-Glow controller. It's very similar to the 360 controller but with some minor differences (Like the frame's shape is slightly skinnier)

Also Zeroraider are you sure you could pick me up at 9AM on Saturday morning? You mentioned you might be there early but if you are then I'd like to make sure.

Also, im debating bringing my laptop, xb360, and capture card for random friendlies (with ultra capcard lag) without taking up a station.

It will be so fun having another lambda player there. AX2011 had like 2 good players there at the game station. And neither could play lambda very well.
