Sahgren Posted October 7, 2011 Posted October 7, 2011 Are we using this thread for discussion too, or should we move that somewhere else? Until then: Valk really looks the same as he did in CS2. A lot of his old stuff seems to work, if there was a drop in his damage, I'm not noticing it, and the new 236A looks like it gives sweet oki and corner carry midscreen. Don't think I'll be all too sad to play him.

But yes, Valk looks exactly the same aside from his 236A change. I certainly like it as it gives us a lot more leniency spacing wise for picking up combos out of the corner while eliminating some of the opportunities for damage he had midscreen. I'm just waiting to see people start trading with [W]5B and see that it picks up into Rozen and rage out :3

Never tried it before; might be worth a shot. Dropped because the opponent was too high in the air for 6C, so we might have to look into that.
