No, but...if you're interested, run a PS2 emulator and a program called Flashget, it can get you the frames you want.

Alternatively you can ask around at M.u.g.e.n. Guild Forums to see about obtaining Accent Core External Sprite rips, or possibly Screenpacks/Lifebars and open them in Fighter Factory.
