Very fun tournament, shame on you if you missed it (unless you have a legitimate reason).

Wanna give a big thanks to Mystic who gave me advice on my Yu. I'm trying, give me a bit more time and I'll get those fundamentals down and flush out my bad habits lol.

TNS was hella fun, my only complaint is how packed it was in there til near the very end. I lost a SF4 match in part because someone with a fat ass backpack turned so that their backpack was covering my half of the screen, and then I couldn't block a Vega walldive I couldn't see

Persona tourney was great fun, it was cool to get to meet some of you guys for the first time, and I can't believe I made it as far as I did with my fraudulent Yosuke lol

I'll see if a few of us Venice/Sarasota guys can start heading up to Tampa for casuals here and there in the future.

Shoutouts to everyone who showed up, 64 entrants wtf (getthefuckoutofherecapcom). Congrats to Top 3 Juggernaut, Mystic and Gentlemen Theif and a special thanks to Juggernaut for letting me know after our match what I did wrong with the Akihiko matchup (unlike fucking DC telling bitches to block when he grabs all the fucking time lol), it was much appreciated hopefully I can apply it properly for next time.

Storm FUSION is the next event in Florida for Persona 4 Arena, Team Tournament on Saturday and Singles on Sunday ... and it will be on PS3 unlike Tampa whos exclusively 360 for everything. If you guys can make it make that please do.

Im bringing 3 ps3's, 3 p4u, 2 bbcsex, and 2 aquapazza (if it ships on time). Setsuna will most likely bring his setup as always so bare minimum we'll have 4 stations this time for Storm. If you are able to bring your setup do so just in case as we don't know how big the turnout is going to be as TNS hit a EC record I think for anime turnout. Not even BB majors have been getting that high.

You don't need to pack that heavily sistah, make other bitches do work too plus I'm sure people will be bringing setups for Persona since people are actually playing it unlike BB last time lol. You're bringing 2 Aquapazza ? Well if I get mine before I leave I'll be bringing mine as well.

As far as setups go I'll be bringing my stuff now that I have my own monitor, ZeroShift doesnt live too far from the venue so IF needed he can run back to get us if he doesnt decide to bring it prior. Romey brought a setup last time so thats 4 at least guaranteed and thats assuming anyone else doesn't bring their own setups for Persona. Tyger the TO will have extra monitors for us as well come tournament time so overall I think were good, more concerned about making sure the notable players from SoFL and Tampa show up again. Tampa Never Sleeps was filled with fraudulence ... my Labrys may be kind of derp but damn I saw people literally mashing out DPs and full screen supers and some of these people were advancing long in there pools ? Yeah we can't have that lol

I'm not sure whether I'm going or not as of yet because classes start back up that week for me. I'll make at least Sunday for P4 singles. Saturday+Sunday is possible if someone has an extra spot in their room. All weekend is unlikely.

Pretty sure Persona only had good numbers because it was $5 entry.

Good games or whatever. Surprise surprise, the same people that placed in Blazblue are placing in Persona. Surprise surprise! Nobody is playing more than one character like they said they would.

So does Guardian, except his Aigis kinda sucks. Unfortunately all 300 people who claimed to be playing 4-5 characters once the game dropped are still having trouble learning one. Admittedly I'm one of them, in my case I'm not playing either one of the characters I said I was going to before the game came out, but who knew I would end up hating this game?

Like I said, the game have a lot of players delusions of grandeur, bad players thinking they would suddenly be good and so on. I've been saying the same people would be placing since before the game came out and I was right.

EDIT: Dawn if you're reading this... marry me.

I admit I planned on playing Labrys AND Aigis but those plans haven't feel threw primarily because I want to be content with my Labrys first before I move on to the next character ... also Im in a sub character crisis.

I didn't express it openly but I definitely didn't expect players new to the anime community (or who weren't originally players before) to come in and start winning so easily either. The top players might as well have been predetermined the only surprise to me was the VF5 Labrys player and Mike Lorenzo with his Mitsuru (I can't comment on it specifically because I dont know Mitsuru but he was highly praised I believe)

FYI Dawn is a lesbian and has a girlfriend
