Yes, this is true. It's best not to make a lot of assumptions on these sort of things. As a note, however, I decided to go with the spelling of "Seifer" as it's an actual name, and that 「サイファー」 could be interpreted as that spelling as well (a certain Final Fantasy character comes to mind).

Cypher is also an actual name, albeit a surname.

On the subject of actual names, where did Faycott come from? The closest to an actual name I can get is "Faicot", but I have no idea how that is pronounced so matching it to ファイコット is rather difficult.

Eh... Figmas... :/ Its is nice that you can pose them, but the joints make them look funny.

The other figures are nice, but the sculptors went crazy on their hips! Jesus! Some parts also seem out of proportion.

I would have like to see Alter, Kotobukiya or goodSMILE make a BB figure. The Yukiko figure Alter made a while back, which came with a bottle of perfume (lol!) was amazing. I used to have it and regret selling it.

The one in the middle is a D-arts figure from Bandai, the point of this figures is that you can make poses, joints are needed for that

Bandai showed off a prototype D-Arts Hakumen in October last year, but I think it may have been scrapped or something. Pity. Or was it released with no fanfare? Either way it looked pretty damn good.

Noel has way too many different figures. Pick another girl. I think the last one was Makoto, and that was several years ago.

He'll probably be released after Noel, and they're likely waiting for the anime to start before releasing her since her figures been finished since last year.
