Help a noob out? Don't you mean 2D > 236K (aka BR)? Yeah that will only work on Robo Ky if you're literally in his face, it's pretty annoying. Or if it hits CH, but in that case you would want to do GF anyway. You can do 2D > VV instead, or if you're too far for that, just stop at 2D. I can't think of any specific SW loops for Robo Ky, you can pretty much do standard ones but you have to alter the timing cause he's heavier.

I'll retry the standard SW loops tonight, just wanted to know if there was anything special. Appreciate the help!

Arvoyea Posted January 24, 2010 Posted January 24, 2010 Because of Robo-Ky being heavier, it's probably better to try 8-hit Grand Vipers with Clean Hit status, so it's not as wild throw or BR RC. But I still suck with SW loops after GV Clean Hit. j.S can still work, but yeah, he's on the heavy side, so it won't be so easy to do SW loops or 2D -> BR. And like Tsak said, use 5H to try to get a counter hit in. Heavier characters like Robo-Ky, A.B.A, and Johnny make harder it for some of Sol's setups and BnBs to work well.
MisterBadguy Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 I agree that BR RC stuff doesn't seem worth it against Robo anyway with 2d having to be so deep and his weight and all. I DID land a CLSW off of one but it required j.s beforehand. Even then I got exited and effin' dropped it. :/ I tryed to slow my roll on SW loops like Raiden said and it works just fine.
