Meh ill take a shot at this one. Though I always find these Character x vs character x match up threads amusing. ready? " be the better akihiko". Sorry had to say it. Now onto some logistics. Jump in a lot. I mean a lot. You don't have to attack. Just approach from the air and block. For some reason every akihiko and their mother will try to 7c you. Like constantly. Hoping for that counter when you kill rush in. Whiff punish the aggressive ones. Mix up the turtles, and always, make sure your combo's hurt more than his. If he has better damage when he catches you I suppose you already lost before the match started? I mean you can argue that your neutral is better and you catch him more(which is true), but the bottom line is akihiko is a punisher by nature. If your punish doesn't hurt your playing the wrong character.
