There's pretty much two things that drive me nuts when fighting Sol: f.S and Grand Viper.

f.S is super fast, often stuffing out my own pokes while at mid-range. The main reason it's annoying is it means you want to block/backdash/jump back at the start of around, thus already giving Sol some momentum when you really don't want him on top of you ever.

Grand Viper's irritating because he can do it on reaction to nukes at an irritatingly far distance. If you've spaced things right you can catch him with the detonation of a P nuke though. If you FRC the nuke then you can bait the GV though, as it outright loses to 5P.

Otherwise, keep him out and don't you dare try to meaty Sol without a FRC'd nuke's detonation to keep him from just wakeup DPing you every time.
