[CP] Rachel Video Thread

I'll be keeping this similar to how Sakaku's thread Structure for BlazBlue CSEX worked out as I believe that to be an effecient method for recording Video links/posts. However I need to make changes here and there to meet the requirements asked of the Video Threads to be met.

Notes:

First of all: My thanks to Glirandly for allowing me to set up this BBCP video posting thread and thanks to Kurushii for going through the trouble to change the BB character Smiles to the new ones. I also forgot to mention good job on the banner, my apologies there Kurushii

[09/27/2013] Due to a processing limit on the forums the Match Ups Post has now been split again into 2 Posts. I will need to sort through the links a bit as well, my apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Please try to stick to just posting videos. Short comments about what's notable in the video, the players names, along with when the match starts are/is appreciated.
