It's based on confirmations and not challenges. Spring Raid's team was the second team to confirm after your PM. If Blackstar's team confirm and another team confirms for Wednesday, then challenges and times and can be discussed.

I absolutely loathe making people wait on me, especially for events like these, so I'd love to know if it was actually my fault so I can fix it for next time if needed. Thanks to not being able to understand xbox live mic quality too much, all I know is: I was invited to party --> got an invite from ayashii right before i was finishing a round when most of us had arrived -> finished, accepted it, it said 'room no longer exists, invite is not valid' --> sent a message saying the invite was invalid --> and then it took like 5 min and three messages to get another invite. something on my end? or did I just not get an invite for a while?

Miscommunication issue it seems. Haven made a small lobby to wait for Jaguar to get ready and you was invited to that one and not the proper one that was made afterwards by Dante it seems. When you joined Haven's, it was already closed since we were moving to the right lobby. And when you tweeted you couldn't join the lobby, I thought you was talking about Dante's lobby. So I made a lobby after Dante's and sent you an invite.
