There's really no room or resources for me to add it or host it myself. If you really want one you can take advantage of the BYOC area and put something together with fellow players to run Friday afternoon.

The tournament will be held in the BYOC area of the venue (this will be detailed once a final map of the venue has been drawn). Why is the tournament on Friday and not on Saturday or Sunday ? @CEOJebailey would prefer to have all side tournaments done on friday between 12pm-7pm. If for whatever reason we do not finish on Friday he said we can finish it throughout the weekend. Hopefully with enough setups and people listening out for their matches and not off idling around we can finish both tournaments in 2-3 hours tops. TheGreatReptar Posted June 3, 2013 Posted June 3, 2013 I'll try to bring a setup for side tournaments, but it'll depend on how much room is in whoever picks me up's car. Also, I asked Fakku if they could send me some swag for anime games, and they said they'll send me a couple of hats and get me another coupon code. The current plan is to raffle off the hats to everyone who enters BB and GG, which will probably be done by just numbering everyone on the signup sheets who wants to be entered, then using an RNG on my phone. Entering both games will get you entered twice. I won't be entered at all.

I won't be able to make it in Orlando until that afternoon (probably around 3pm-4pm ish) but will enter the BB side tourney if I'm not too late.

Originally is was supposed to be done in the BYOC section however upon arriving nearly every setup was being "reserved" by some Capcom head doing a MvC2 Tournament and the remaining few for CvS2, you can only imagine my rage to see ALL of them taken but whatever I wasn't about to debate and theres no way I was going to run it with very little setups available to us if they were to spare one or two so it was moved to the Persona Pools area (sorry to everyone who went to that area to play Persona, we sort of removed Persona for the side tournaments). Unless you were following me on Twitter times got delayed and you probably didn't know about it, Tournament got pushed to 3pm (which everyone knew about) however didn't happen until around 4pm or 4:30pm because one of the players was stuck in traffic so we waited. Special Thanks to TheGreatReptar for being the only one who brought their laptop to help with the brackets for both tournaments, it was greatly appreciated as well as two Personal friends who helped run the tournament which I played matches and ran around finding people and left the area. Gear didn't happen until probably 7pm and I was basically scavenging for setups although I'm happy Gear was done later as it gave more time for more entrants and thanks to the help of Senkei and HolyOrderTroll it was run a bit smoother since I didn't exactly know everyones name and where everyone was. In anycase, no more running anymore side tournaments for me LOL Here are your results: Blazblue with 26 entrants. DemonWindBomb was basically dominate the entire tournament being the only one who really continued to play the game while everyone played Persona. That's true waifu love right there XD Nobody.exe: Thanks for the Aigis tips and keep up that fraudulence that got you in top 4 (as you call it, lol). I will be rooting for you at EVO.
