TD Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 Ggsto everyone yesterday. That was the longest net play tournament ever lol The idea was cool and I certainly had fun. There were quite a few highlyght moments (some silly), and it wasn't easy taking the crown this time. Some of you guys improved decently. Also, I already told cat but I'd like to donate the $10 bonus to trugunnershadow for all the time he put into streaming. That was a loooong time to not be able to do anything but watch matches.

I'll update the breakdown of the rounds and the results. (It was pretty crazy....!) The prizes: 1st: Howling-_-moon ($40) 2nd: Ethereal_Albion ($15) 3rd: Akira-Shiro ($5) Longest Winning Streak: Howling-_-moon ($10) with multiple OCV's Astral Finish: Ethereal_Albion ($5), on Akira-Shiro in a Ragna ditto, after breaking free of the limiters. Shoutouts to: a. Everyone who participated and gave me feedback. I will improve the match format. b. Truegunnershadow for being such a wonderful person and helping us out always. I love you man! c. Mucky landing a 720 on TD out of hitstun. (Was legit still, but I was rolling) d. Applebee's e. Akira-Shiro for being Akira-shiro f. Me trying to stop TD's trail of destruction and succeeding twice, though not enough to stop his team. g. Hellknight for actually being a part of the tourney. h. Tagers and Ragnas. i. For having streamed almost every match played. j. TD FOR BEING A FUCKING MONSTER k. Cookie's grandma for being the secret mafia boss. l. Me pulling off a 7-0 OCV Thanks again folks, we'll take a week off again (Final Round is this weekend), and return with our regular programming. And I really would like to commentate on the next one. I'll do my best to get more viewers interested in our efforts here. I'd like to test out the setup/equipment sometime before the next tournament. I'm usually free on Wednesday and Thursday evenings to play. Let me know when it's convenient for you. Also, I'll send you the breakdown of the rounds/matches by tomorrow (I'm at work until late tonight), if you don't mind splitting up the videos then.

Because that one 8v8 was looooooooong I personally think the 8v8 idea was fine, however I remember suggesting to xntrikcat to make it 1 team match instead of 2/3 team matches for the 1st round but I guess this was more or less an experiment, being the first time and all
