Question about controller layouts

Hey guys, I was just watching the stream of Guilty Gear, and I noticed that the two current players seem to be using a slightly different set up than default. P K and S are the same, but H seems to be set to R1 as opposed to O. Is that a normal controller set up that most of you guys use? Or are they just unique with their setups? I'm assuming they're using controllers, but it might be sticks, I couldn't say for sure.

I just noticed that they had the following set ups:

P - X

K - Square

S - Triangle

H - R1

D - R2

So I guess it makes perfect sense if they were using the Type A layout from that link haha. Thanks for the link!
