Also, this might be wrong since I haven't seen the ending and only going through a summary, but it looks like Lambda's story takes place inside the Embryo. Rachel and Noel are there since they are searching for Ragna, and believes that Ragna is there even more know that Lambda was there.

Okay, that makes a whole lot of sense and could also explain why she's back.

Celica's arcade ending date is

2200/01/30, so it probably takes place in the past. Like a dream.

That is weird... How did she end up there...?

The incomplete Lambda was following Ragna? She was brought along when Takemikazuchi was swallowing "the old world"(seithr)? Here is the summary of the arcade story I put on another board, it comes from a Japanese thread:

Collapsed: Lambda:
3rd Battle, Rachel appears and introduce herself to Lambda but Lambda can't remember her own name. Rachel tells Lambda since Lambda got to the place were she died, she still might have a wish.

6th battle, This time Noel appears in front of Lambda, and she tells Lambda that if she wishes to exist here, she should have a strong recognition of her self.

7th battle, this time Noel gets serious and uses her Murakumo. Through a connection with Mu Lambda remembers her own name. Noel leaves and tells Lambda that now she will go through a very though trail.

8th Battle, This time Nu appears. Nu tells Lambda that she is in the way for Nu to kill Ragna. Lamda says "kill Ragna, wrong". When Nu leaves, she says that she will kill everything in this world including Lambda.

Ending, Departure. In a space with nothing sleeps Lambda, for a bit away Rachel appears next to Noel who is watching over Lambda. Noel asks if Rachel came her to look for Ragna as well but Rachel remains silent.

Rachel asks Noel why she helped Lambda, which Noel says that something that sisters do to each other, and also that she herself was saved by Rachel. And since Lambda is in this place, the closed space Embryo, Ragna must be here as well. Noel states to Rachel that she will find Ragna before Rachel and Lambda, which Rachel responds with that there is no way that Rachel will lose.

Lambda remembers her own name, Kokonoe and Ragna. Lambda wants to meet Ragna and opens her eyes the space with nothing turns into a flower field with a blue sky.

Makes me wonder why Noel wants to find Ragna before Rachel or Lambda. Part of me says she just wants to make it into some sort of competition. But knowing Rachel, I wouldn't put it passed her to do something crazy to Ragna that will get him killed if she finds him first. And Noel might be aware of that.

Really makes me think that Nu is just becoming worse as time passes by...

No wonder she lost against Lambda... Nu is much more negative compared to before...

I am guessing everyone went on their separate ways, some trying to find Ragna and such?

But I guess it was never revealed whose soul Lambda has right now... I will just say it is her original... I don't know...

my guess is that noel must of overherd the conversation between tsubaki and rachel and decided to to take matters in her own hands not agreeing with Rachel methods

We see Nu's vulnerabilities in CT because we're privy to her thoughts and she's not condensed crazy in a can all the time, but we don't get that in CP. She ends up looking even worse as a result. But frankly, I think they've sloughed off Nu's softer aspects onto Lambda. Nu struck me as OTT violent and even more possessive of Ragna; maybe Nu's soul was actually split apart when Kokonoe used it to animate Lambda? Current Nu would then lack the affection, loneliness, desire to be free, etc that tempered her insanity. The way Nu wants to kill Ragna to which Lambda says that's wrong makes me think something like that is happening.

Since we are all talking about Nu:

At the end of Blazblue, how do you think everything will end pertaining to the Murakumo Units and Noel? If Saya were to come back, what do you think will happen to the Units and Noel?

Also, since no one has seen my other theory lol XD

But what is really confusing yet interesting is that since Jin is destined to put an end to Ragna, does that mean that Hakumen/Jin might have the power and ability to handle the Black Beast by himself? I know in one of the novels that Dark War Hakumen lost to Beast but that was before Ars Magus was created as well as Nox Nyctores and it's stated that he was using a normal sword, not Ookami.

Nu does seem a lot less crazy(relatively speaking) than in CT.

What's funny is how despite stabbing Ragna in the back, she has to go kill him again? What was she seriously doing after she stabbed him...? Just stand or run away?

Posted

After she stabbed him Ragna went BB mode so I doubt she would of been capable of killing him, she couldn't even beat regular Ragna.

And the fact Nu was injured at the time, so I guess it wasn't the right time =w=

But at this rate Lambda will steal Ragna away :p (Which I am fine with)

@Regarding Saya

They would most probably all merge back into one

most definitely

@Hakumen

The power to kill the Black Beast may never have been in the Nox to begin with

IMO the Susanoo Unit is enough

Jin just never got the hang of using it properly at the time since he hasn't gotten any practice with it yet during P.Shift1

Fact is, Hakumen even tried soloing against the Black Beast except he failed.

True but Hakumen was using a ordinary sword against the Beast, not a Nox Nyctores since most of us know Ars Magus and Nox weapons can affect/hurt the Black Beast. From Stryker's post, Jin never gotten any info or any sort of practice on the Susano'o Unit's power since Rachel just placed him inside the suit all of a sudden. Since Hakumen has Time Killer, one might wonder if it can possibly kill the Black Beast.

Posted

It should be near impossible for Hakumen to kill the Black Beast himself. How would he be able to kill both the Body(Ragna) and the Heart(Nu) inside of it at the same time?

It's never stated if it does or not, but I don't think it does. A life-link makes it so as long as one in the link is alive, the other remains alive. That could extend even to time. As long as one of the partners time is "alive" so should the other also be considered as alive. So to kill someone with a life-link with time-killer, both partners should be killed with time-killer.

Then I still don't get the factor where Rachel asked Tsubaki to kill Ragna... Just a plan to stir things up or does she have a plan...

And more like, I wonder if Life Link can save someone from a natural death, which Ragna seems to be in kind of as stated by Rachel as she said he doesn't have much time left to live.

From what I get, Ragna won't die, he will "die". His body will be alive but he will be something else. Also Rachel told Tsubaki that she is free to kill him if she can, but if she or Jin fails to kill Ragna, Tsubaki must kill Rachel instead in order to stop the evil.

And about old age, Life-link doesn't stop one from aging, so in the end the partner would likely be in a bed dying while waiting for the other partner to die.

In Hakumen's CT arcade, He was able to kill or manhandle Nu. Nu and Ragna do have a life link together as stated in CP. However, Ragna can still become the Black Beast without fusing with Nu if his Azure Grimoire goes berserk.

A life-link doesn't stop one from dying, it only makes one not to remain dead, as can be seen in Relius arcade in CS. Hakumen could have easily got rid of Nu's corpse by throwing her into the boundary since the cauldron was open and thus make the life-link useless.
