Guilty Valentine Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 I have a question about the Susano'o unit... does it actually become the users body? When Terumi was the original user, he was expelled out, is that when he became a ghost and needs vessells? And why Kokonoe couldn't figure out how to remove it off of Hakumen? If Jin were to be expelled out somehow, would he become a ghost too? Or was it just for Terumi because he couldn't die (?)?
BlackYakuzu94 Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Whoever uses the susanoo unit appears to have their soul extracted from their original body and installed into it. Hakumen's(at the time when he was still Jin) body was too damaged after his trip through the boundary and needed his soul installed into it in order to survive. Terumi used to inhabit it, but that also meant he was under Ametarasu's observation and since he hates the Master Unit, he ditched the unit altogether, albeit he didn't have a body to return to, which might explain why he had Relius make him a new one(Kazuma and/or Hazama). Kokonoe didn't really want to extract Hakumen from the unit, just use his body altogether. We don't really know what would happen to Hakumen if his soul is removed, but it's implied his soul would return to the boundary where it was pulled from the first time. Meaning, he would more or less die if he was removed from it.
Desert Fox Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 With all that foreshadowing and Nu becoming a Successor of the Azure, it appears that we're getting a perfect fusion of Nu and Ragna for the next game. For that, Jin (and the others) is gonna need a big powerup. A REALLY big powerup, along with some really good support. Since it took Hakumen with 100% of his power, Jubei and Valk in their prime, the two greatest magicians of the era and a nihilistic ghost psycho to stop a failed result of that fusion. As for support, I think the Lynchpin effect will nerf Alpha (perfect fusion) though the same applies to the rest of the world. I mean, even Kagura got hit by the effect. Though, I guess this is where the Special Ones fall in to make up for the lack of firepower. Straying from the topic, I want Mori to make a gag reel similar to the Spectacles of Eros dilemma but instead falling for Ragna, it would make those already in love with him be honest with their feelings (aka the Anti-Tsundere Unit: Rachel Counterpick). Considering that the next game might be the last, it would be amusing to see some karmic payback.

Maybe "The Burning Red" will be used as a countermeasure: As Seifer said in Remix Heart, The Burning Red makes the user able to use real Magic. Maybe Alchemy could be use too, and what about Noel's power (Mu-12)? Does she require Seithr to transform into it?

I do not think Nu will become the new successor of the azure, but I could be wrong I also think it's a little too early to say whether alpha-01 will appear or she that it is really the result of a hypothetical fusion of ragna and nu,( remember, mori is a liar XD ) and I do not think Mori spoiler his story revealing a character so important years before the release of BB4. Alpha-01 is not bad, but, I would be curious to see a hypothetical murakumo male done by Mori XD PS: sorry for my bad english
Narroo Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 Let's just hope that Ragna doesn't become a Gender Bender for no good reason.

She used the form just fine when she was trying to neutralise Ragna near the end of the story. from what I understand, Nu just momentarily synchronized with Noel to call the master unit. When Nu was done synchronising with Noel, Relius ordered the former to eliminate the latter since she was no longer needed. In other words, they finally had a successor under their command. Actually, I call the fusion Alpha because the design and title Mori added for it mix with the concept. I don't think that's the actual official design. Let's just hope that Ragna doesn't become a Gender Bender for no good reason. My thoughts, exactly. I'd have trouble taking the story seriously if he did.

This game is already having trouble with sexual portrayals of women, let's not start turning the guys into half-naked chicks.
VermilionBird Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 I still wonder which other RH characters will be appearing...
Sourenga Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 Is it okay to use this thread for Xblaze Lost:Memories spoilers or do we have another thread for that stuff? Anyways, haven't really read any major spoilers yet... I was watching a live stream and got a better picture of Ayatsuki's wife. They talked something like that the baby seemed to possess an ability to drain Seithr, and that puts both the baby and the mother in danger. They talk about giving birth to Celica, but for some reason Ayatsuki and this woman also talk that they're having their first child... So, it might be that Celica and Konoe had different mothers.
Chaoschao222 Posted April 10, 2015 Author Posted April 10, 2015 XBLAZE stuff was moved to the Misc. ArcSys forum, but I honestly don't care if LM stuff is discussed here, too. As long as it follows the normal rules, it's ok with me.

No, they are talking about Watashi. Father creates an Grimoire based on the Original Grimoire to protect mother and Watshi by putting it in Watashi's left eye. It will take the seithr that Watashi draws to her self and seal it within the grimoire while also weakening her ability. While it's no question really that the two girls are Celica and Nine, I wonder if they are the same as the Blazblue ones. L:M introducing parallel worlds with similar history, and Watashi and Es/Nobody isn't from the same world
VermilionBird Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 Which world Bloodedge Experience belongs to is the confusing part...
Hero19 Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 Can anyone explain what exactly happen in Xbblaze: Lost Memories. Because I'm compeltely lost on what I been seeing in the livestreams of this game besides knowing the general plot of Watashi going through other people memories while she looks for Imouto.

Because I'm compeltely lost on what I been seeing in the livestreams of this game besides knowing the general plot of Watashi going through other people memories while she looks for Imouto. This is major spoilers, will probably spoil all the big things from L:M. Don't read unless you don't mind being spoiled. After the end of Code:Embryo, Es created a thing called World of Tsukuyomi in order to cut the connection to the boundary that the Xblaze world has. However, after that event, an union known as Vampire comes and kills Touya and friends. Es tries to use the power of the Embryo, but she doesn't have much power left, she can only recreate the world in the exact same state, it's more or less rewinding time. Due to this, Es couldn't save Touya and she fell into despair and disappeared, and instead Nobody was born and World of Tsukuyomi turned into phantom field. One day in Ishana while Watashi was going to the library, Imouto went into their father's workshop and by accident turned on a machine and was transported to the phantom field. There memories of her father was created from Imouto, and seeing this she wanted to show Watashi these memories. There she meets Nobody, and when she talks with Nobody, they decided to make Watashi see these memories of Watashi's and Imouto's father. But knowing Watashi's hatred for father, it might not be the best to show them immediately, so they decided to show someone's else memory first, Es'. After reaching Imouto and seeing father's memory, Watashi and Imouto is going to head out of the phantom field, but Nobody says she can't follow them and pushes them out against their will. Back into the real world, Watashi thinks why Nobody couldn't go to their world, she comes up with the conclusion that Nobody is Es because the memories of Es was probably created from her and it's because of the Embryo she can't leave. Back into the phantom field, Watashi decide to save Nobody by powering up Nobody by using the siethr from the memory fragments, Nobody's memory inside the phantom field, and the grimoire inside Watashi's left eye. With Nobody's power restored, Nobody creates a human vessel for herself, and transfers Es' memory to it, leaving only Nobody's empty body with the embryo inside the phantom field. The revived Es is found by Touya and she is living together with them again while slowly gaining her memories back. A couple of days later, Touya is attacked by Vampire who is showed to being Kiri, Ripper's corpse that have been revived by the magic guild. After draining some seithr from Touya, Ripper's old personality that had fooled Kiri takes over the body again and goes under a new name, Freaks. After a battle, Touya and Es manages to destroy the crystal in Freaks right eye, Touya using his drive to create an imitation of Murakumo made out of blood and Es using the Murakumo. After the battle, Kiri get's back the control of the body and is shown to be in the hospital. Es is writing an letter to Watashi, that she won't be able to give to Watashi. Mei, Es and Touya is going to start an new organization to search for the Gates of Sheol and to destroy them. And Kuon is part of the new ten sages since a major change inside the magic guild have taken place after Freaks killed all of the top brass. And in the epilogue it's shown that Watashi and Imouto is going to meet their father.

You make it sound it sound like it unrealted to the Blazblue timeline that we usually follow. Also what was the Human vessel that Nobody made and does that have any relation towards Es maybe still having the power of Azure despite her real body which turned into Nobody having the Embryo? What exactly is hidden behind Watashi eye and does that have anything to do with the experiment their father seem to be doing with their mother? Sorry for asking more questions despite you answering alot about what I wondering about. Thank you for taking your time to answer these questions I asked you. I apperiacte it.

What's known is that Xblaze world and Watashi world are parallel, but they aren't completely unrelated, they are more like alternative histories. In Watashi's world Wadatsumi did happen, and it looks like Kuon was a friend to Watashi's mother and did teach Watashi magic. Now how they are related to blazblue right now isn't known. Maybe Xblaze's world continue to BB, or Watashi's continue to BB, or neither does. The human vessel is only what it is, an empty human that looks like Es. By putting Es memories into it Es was reborn as a regular human. Es could use the azure eye once, through a grimoire called "Phantom Memories". That's why she has only one eye open, and after she used it her left eye turned to her normal color and stayed open. Watashi was pulling siethr while she was in the womb killing both herself and Mother. In order to combat that, Father created a new grimoire based on the Original Grimoire and put it inside Watashi so that it would become a part of her. The grimoire is weakening Watashi's pulling ability and seals the seithr inside the grimoire that was pulled. The eye color is black and it has an X shaped emblem inside it.

So ES no longer has the power of the azure I assume. That makes me wonder then what is going on to happen to her original body that became Nobody then. From what you describe of the body seems like it became a empty vessle with just the power of the Azure inside it since the main component of it which are ES memories was transfer to artfical human body. That makes that body easy to manipulate the power of the Azure if someone get their hands on it. I wonder why Nobody would do something stupid like that. knowing what the power of the Azure does. I wonder what Watashi and Imouto father was trying to do to their mother. I assume he was trying to resurrct her using the power of the Azure but I'm not sure about that.

The embryo mustn't leave phantom field, because if it does Tsukuyomi will seemingly lose it's effect. And since Tsukuyomi is the absolute defense that no one can interfere with it should be safe if it's left there, unless somebody gain access to it again like Father and Watashi. But anyway the embryo will become more or less useless as time goes by, unless those who get hold of it also gets hold of the Original Grimoire to power it up. And what father did isn't known, only that he started to grief and get a little crazy and is going to try to connect to the boundary. Trying to prove that he wasn't wrong.
churchblue Posted April 20, 2015 Posted April 20, 2015 I hope CP Extend will explain what happened to Mai and Cajun from graduating to Chrono Phantasma period.
