Good shit on that throw bounce, it looks very simular to the "standard" bounce combo i see Rei players in japan use after 2D. I will probably mess with it tonight but can it be done anywhere on the screen? Good to see people other than myself are practicing this game. and oh crap, maybe even play. Are you still doing this mark?

Gates: That Rei combo is harder than i thought, in order to get behind them after the first 5C>623A>99>jC you have to press 5C as soon as you recover. Other than that and 99>jC the rest of the combo feels easy :P

I love how everyone disses this game because they see people doing bounce combos when its acctually very hard.

Its right at the beginning of the round. Its pretty much the same as your throw combo but done in the corner. The only reason I believe it worked out is because of Roahs silly hitbox in the corner though. Sometimes I end up behind him and dont know why.

the trick against raoh is not using an instant airdash in the beginning of the combo, if you hit him in the corner, just jump up immediately. setting up raoh for a bounce is easy with this combo: combo in 2D, j.A,j.C,j.236D,66,j.A,j.C,\/ behind him in corner, 5C,5C,623A,j.236C,99,j.A,j.C,\/,5A,623A,j.236C,99,j.A,j.C,5Ax4,5A+E,5Ax4,623C[5 hits],236,E~C,j.B,\/,5C,iad.j.B, d.5A x N and so on. IF you instant airdash, you can still cross him up, bit he will be lower and the combo a lot harder: combo in 2D,iad.j.C,\/,5C,j.A,j.C,j.236D,66,j.A,j.C,\/, short pause, 5A,5C, short pause, 623A,j.236C and so on. you gotta do 1 loop less at the end because he will be too low already. edit: i'll probably upload the bounce BnB with 623C, boost j.C, \/, 5A, boosting 623C soon.

I got a question from watching some of the Shin vids. Is there an easier way to do c.C > E > 214C and get it to combo or do you just have to do it extremely fast? I'm just wondering if there's any trick to get it to be easier. 214E+C doesn't appear to work

good stuff. I was trying the throw bounce for quite a while today and i keep getting stuck on the 5Ax4~5 part right after the second uppercut. Im doing it on ken and he just drops before 5A connects everytime so either it doesnt work on him or im not doing something right.

@ tiamat: do 5C, 214,5,CE. you gotta go neutral before the input. @ mamation: 5A,5A,5A,5A, short pause (!), 5A~E, 5A,5A,5A and so on. once you figure it out, it's easy. you gotta pause perfectly, then do slide input 5A~E. that way you 1. save boost and 2. make it work in the first place ^^ another tip: when you notice that your opponent is too low when you do the first couple of 5As, reduce the number. like only 3 x 5A, then boosting 5A and so on. the timing is tighter but sometimes you can still make it.
