Are there casuals stations? Like if I wanted to grind out some offline practice? Would that be before or after the tournament?

I tend to use the stations during the tournament until I can't anymore (more stations then matches I can call), then casuals open up.

Of course, casuals before the tournament it self too as long as people are there.
