Blazblue Chronophantasma D-code Avatar rips?

I was pointed here from the gamefaqs forums after asking about d-code icon/avatar rips and it's been great flipping through everything and seeing all the awesome work people have done, but I'm still looking for one thing and I'm hoping I just was dumb and skimmed over it.

 

I'm looking for the pixel-like avatars that you can set along with your icon on your online profile card.  I've found the packs that have all the icons, just nothing with the little avatars.

 

Any info would be helpful, even if it's a "so-and-so is working on getting them."

I dug through that post quite a bit and I'm hopeful he gets to them but at the top of his OP it says its his last update and I've dug through all his download links in hopes that they were tucked away somewhere. I'll keep checking back though, thanks!
