CP Vita, Trophies and Save question

My plan was to pick up the game yesterday, but sadly it is still not on store shelves around here; still, I have a couple questions before I pick it up.

 

1. Are trophies shared with the PS3 version, or are they stand alone?

 

2. Is it cross save with the PS3 version like CSE, or will I have to start everything over (story, online stats, etc)?

If we see CP get updated then maybe

but I believe the online won't sync, it didn't for CSE, just the Player Lvl. because it also applied for offline

Well, for instance...

 

1. The trophies are split from the PS3/Vita versions just like BB:CS Ext.

 

2. From what I remember, there was no data option to transfer to the Vita port (except BB:CS Ext. has it), though we know this was before the Vita port was made. So I'm guessing no at the moment, unless figuratively it would have been nice to have an update to have a transfer feature or something.
