BBCP Netplay Tournament (August 17th @ 3PM EST)

Arena -Silent- Stage only
Character Change allowed only on new sets or lose round

DO NOT ENTER IF:
- You live in another country that's not NA
- You generally have a terrible connection (preferably 2 bars and up, 1 bar depending on quality)

- If you aren't sure that you can enter

What I would need:

- 2 Fresh commentators (looking to give others a chance to commentate) who have a basic knowledge of the game

- 1 of the commentators to host the skype call

- 1 player with a good connection to host the stream lobby and can stay the entire time (allocate 4 - 5 hrs)

Either way, tournament is taking place at 6PM EST directly after UNIEL.

But if it's 6<, I'll just cancel.
