You can A/SB shiden her Magarudynes(super) on startup, just do the super as fast as possible and you should get a free counter hit. A being shorter range obviously and Sb being near fullscreen. That's all I've got here.

Once I tried to beat her Magarudyne with Zyodyne © and it did not work, so though Zyodyne beats a lot of supers don´t do it vs Yukari.
