Down here in SA our fighting games major is back for a second year! We definitely have the strongest Anime support of the Australian events at this point and would love to build Australian Anime connections further. Everyone who came down last year had a great time.

 

It also happens to be a couple of days after Xrd's japanese launch, so we'll be running a free launch tournament with a $250 pot bonus! Likewise for Smash 4 if you want to give that a whirl as well.

 

Where is it?

Rumours Cafe, Adelaide University. Adelaide Uni is smack bang in the middle of North Terrace within easy access to the rest of the city.

The Crowne Plaza is offering a deal if you mention Southern Cross Championships. It's not too far from the Uni, so you get to enjoy a pleasant walk in the CBD! Otherwise, can always try mugging locals to lend a patch of floor to pass out on or whatever your preference for that proper poverty fights experience is.
