Something underappreciated about the +R Steam experience that I wanna take this chance to shout out is just how fast it is to start playing the game. Compared to every other fighting game I've ever played online, I can boot the game, get on Quick Match, and be hitting buttons against another person consistently much faster than in any other game I've ever played. Probably at least triple the speed of the next fastest game on average. It's incredible. -

In terms of actual oki setups, is there a doc/compilation somewhere? I don't see anything about setups on the wiki (maybe I missed it but I checked a couple sections). -

I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure you've been able to kara throw into gold burst for a while as well by plinking D+S/H (could also theoretically kara throw with DS too)
