potemkin is bad, but hes not terrible, he has a lot of gimmicks and hes pretty stable when he gets in, i just think arcsystems overestimated the power he got from YRC (he might actually have gotten the most out of the mechanic). and understimated the power of characters like faust, ram and elph the zato matchup is about what i expected and honestly the rest of pots matchups arent horrible.

im quoting this to say no, fuck 720s. 720s fucking suck because then arcsys has to balance around a 720, and you know how you balance around a 720? you make everything but the 720 good. heres the problem with 720s" they're insanely binary. potemkin is already a binary character as is, but you add a 720, suddenly all his deense has to be worse of other characters offense has to be better to get around the fact that 720 exists, and most characters play safely enough that you will not ladn a 720, so the existence of a 720 is you scare the shit out of people and its garbage at high level play. 720s are an excuse to make shitty, lame, polraizing grapplers that win through coin tosses, 720s do not make for good, well designed characters. worst of all 720s frustrate the SHIT out of new players, so usually you know what happens? thats right, your grappler is weaker because otherwise everyone quites the game because of...... 720s! 720s are fucking stupid.

Why is that surprising? I just hope they buff him a bit (or a lot of they decide to buff everyone) I don't think he's old Tager bad. Also unlike Tager I don't feel totally fucking helpless and bored the entire time which makes playking him way less lame. At least he's fun.

setplay characters are the best in netplay because if you just start your sequence couple frames earlier nothing changes and you run train on the persona nd they are now less liekly to react if you have dropped frames i nyour netplay something is seriously screwed w. your net

bullshit, i get 12 frame delay im playing on japanese ps4 version. i get 12 frame delay to ps4 and ps3 players using both japanese and na copies of the game. SOMETIMES for a round it will be normal (stating 12 frame delay but between 2-4), but thats VERY rare. has happened twice ever.

xrds combined sales in a single week puts it at #4... i dunno how that is considered "bad" when the game makes plenty of money at arcades and honestly has stronger western appeal than blazblue.

ptch is out PS4 STILL cant invite people, but you now get a 4 digit id in which your friends can search to find the lobby this is a terrible idea because if you stream... anyone can find it.
