The manufacturer, Vertex, is somewhat new to me. It seems they are the ones that are producing the Mitsuru figure as well and it looks pretty good so far. Not Alter, GSC, or Kotobukiya quality, but we will see once they have the final version. Noel's head looks a little big though.
