I've no doubt that much like Central Fiction, the "last" Xrd game will have That Man playable for the same story reasons.

I dunno, I've been loving the hell out the new Esaka ever since I heard it, especially with the echoing synth melodies. First time it was teased was during the supposed custom versus intro of Kyo vs. Iori (really wish that's a real thing across more characters. If GGXrd won't do it, then KOFXIV must), and the melody made me *feel* that scene happening. Of course, I've only realized now that it's a new Esaka and that's more reason to love it even more. Hell, Yappari Esaka might just top Esaka Continues just for adding the signature leitmotif of past Esaka pieces in the background.

Now it's time for some team trailers. Dat new Esaka though.

Asking me that question makes me wish I had the LE Calamity Trigger case. Damn, feeling really nostalgic right now. You should totally get Cristina to sign that.

Given those circumstances, I'm amazed Arcsys hadn't employed, say, Jason C. Miller or Greg Reynard. lol

I figure the one with the most beef with Ariels is definitely Ram.

At least Axl is motivated to do something in Story Mode. Maybe...

The only good that came out of "Minimum Instance" is how much Alba & Soiree Meira and Luise should be far, far away from that game and be included in the 2D KOF canon. And if the DLC list really is fake, I can still hold out hope.

It will probably play a role in "completing" Justice rather than Ariels using the closest Valentine she can get her hands on to power Justice and control her. With the Gear being as powerful as she is, a teeny bit of self-consciousness could be beyond Ariels or Bedman's control. But then again, if that's really the case, Justice will be back to destroy the world all over again.

GGXrd Sign never had dub footage before its demo came out. Can't see how the U.S. version of the Rev demo will be any different (unless it also doesn't have dual audio).

Yeah, I still don't believe that. Sol does know that Aria is Justice and there are instances where he should have known that fact, but it's left vague so that we are the ones left speculating, not him. Justice's final words (AC+), him sparing Dizzy (would he have had any other reason besides "he was on his good day?"). What should have really sealed the deal was Sol's fight against Valentine (GG2) the whole time.

But that's now how she was translated in AC+. I don't recall one single line that gave the implication she "speaks" in a Chinese accent (AC+ was localized primarily by Aksys, so the intentions were different back then).

Naoto's theme kinda makes me reminisce of Ragna's first version of "Rebellion" and how I used to love it back in the good old Calamity Trigger days. Also, I've easily noticed the reference to Fizz from Xrd (around the 3:10 mark).

Man, I'm already missing Vanessa. Least Nelson still looks like he's worth maining.
