I won't deny that that's a lot of similarities for Weiss and Jin, but what I came up with are based on peronality and position. Since I like Weiss as a center character more than Heart anyways, I'm clinged to Weiss X Ragna. But that's just me. Besides, put Nightmare Fiction or Endless Dispair into Weiss X Scharlachrot and dare tell me they don't fit. I think I'd group Noel with Yoriko, for fragile cuteness, but Yoriko is 10x more fragile and her voice annoys me. Ah yeah, I'd group Rachel X Lilica. They're both lolita vampires born of an esteemed bloodline. It's sound kinda funny since their personalities are polar opposites, besides the mischievous part.

Ragna X Weiss: They're both central characters and their "final boss" fights come close to the same situation. I'll explain later. Carl Clover X Dorothy: I rest my case Tsubaki X Elsa: Holy warriors with a hint of virtue and justice. Tager X Kira: GENESIC.....EMERALD......KIRA.........BUSTER!!!!! or Kokonoe X Kira: Hazama X Scarlachrot: If you pay attention those Acrana Heart X Blazblue "fantasies" that guy posts on danbooru, don't. They are way more alike. They both hold a preposterous ideal. They are both crazy and they both use chains. Not to mention they influence the center character.
