Date: December 4th Times: Guilty Gear Start Time: 2pm BlazBlue Start Time: 4pm Come early so you'll have time to register. Location: Gameclucks 18717 76th Ave W #A, Lynnwood, WA 98037 Registration Fee: GG:AC: $5 BB:CS: $5 Venue Fee: $5 Pot: This will be decided depending on how many people attend. If we don't get many people then winner take all. General: - We have plenty of 360s but for those who absolutely WANT to play on the PS3 then BRING YOUR OWN SETUPS, TVs, consoles, controllers/sticks, games, etc. I can't stress this enough. This goes for Guilty Gear especially. We don't have any PS2s so we need people to bring in their setups. I will be able to supply one setup each for both games but that's all. - Bring your own controllers/Sticks or borrow one from someone else if they'll let you. - Button mapping is allowed. Let your opponent know before hand that you wish to do a button check/mapping - Pausing during a round will count as a disqualification. - The loser is allowed to switch characters, the winner must keep the same character. Rules: Guilty Gear XX: Accent Core - Double Elimination - Timer set to 99 Seconds - Best 2 out of 3 rounds - Best 2 out of 3 matches - Grand Finals are best 3 out of 5 - Button Binding is allowed - EX, Shadow and Gold characters are banned - Kliff and Justice are banned BlazBlue: Continuum Shift - Double Elimination - Timer set to 99 Seconds - Best 2 out of 3 rounds - Best 2 out of 3 matches - Grand Finals are best 3 out of 5 - Button Binding is allowed - Unlimited Characters are banned - Concerning Valkenhayn, I'll decide on that once I have a idea how many setups we'll have. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am also planning another Tournament planned on December 10th which we'll be having an All Night LAN that same day. Chris is going to let me partition off a portion of the back room for this event. I'll have more information on this in the coming week. Also, for the first 15 entrants, $1 of your venue fee will go towards the pot, everyone after that will have $2 of your venue fee towards the pot. Want a higher pot payout? Bring whoever you can. This goes for both games. Also, if we have enough setups we'll section off a part for Casuals. This Tournament is also going to be used as a testing ground. If we can get enough participants we may start holding monthly BlazBlue/Guilty Gear Tournaments. So come on down and let's do this!

Ok guys, I talked to Chris at Gameclucks today and he said any Friday would be good and he'd even give people discounts for all day. Sundays would work to depending on what's going on but Friday's are definitely good. If there's good enough turn outs we can probably get something going but seeing as how Akicon is next Friday-Sunday I figured I'd let you guys know for future references. Hope to see some people

People can always bring in their own PS3s, other places for setups too.

There's plenty of setups there for BlazBlue since we have around 8 360's there but if people were to bring their own consoles we could work something out for GG too. Really either would do fine, don't think it'd matter much to Chris either. Currently we're running monthly tournaments for Brawl, Halo and Super Street Fighter along with a few PC games. I'll know more on when a good date for a possible gathering sometime next week if there are others interested.

Hey guys, I know you have your own thing going on but I was talking to Chris, the guy who runs Gameclucks and the place I'm interning at and he said if enough people were to show up with interest in BlazBlue, hell, I'll just throw Guilty Gear in too, that he wouldn't mind having monthly tournaments if the turn out is favorable. Thought I'd throw that out there since I can't do much else at the moment

I'm in the same spot, except that's due to me moving to Washington. Damn it, we all need to do something when I come back down for awhile.

I'd jump in for some matches at Digipen but unfortunately I'm interning at Gameclucks on Fridays and don't have a way of getting there afterwords >_<.

Oh, what the fuck. I move to Washington and then everything starts picking up back in TN.

I came to Washington state not to long ago and I'm looking for some people to play against in CS, rusty as hell and need some good matches.

First off I want to say, damn it, I want to do this again already, it was fun and I really learned a lot from my matches, even now I'm improving more and learning some new setups and tactics thanks to all the matches. Boss: Amazing Bang. I didn't know what to expect going into our matches, even during Casuals but I was impressed. I'm glad I got a chance to fight against you, sucks you didn't win though, your last three rounds against just nothing but Nu's sucked but you held in their, kudo's man. Astaroth: We roughly had that many Casual rounds? It got me warmed up for everything as well, if we hadn't fought so much I don't think I would of got my rhythm going and those matches we're awesome. I'm still amazed at how easily you pull of 360's and 720's, I can't even pull them off for shit still and you did it with perfection. I'll send you a friend request on Xbox Live when I get the chance, we need to get some more matches in. Jago: Wish would could of gotten some more matches in, you had a pretty interesting Tao and I enjoyed fighting you. Hope you can get Cat Pounce! to work instead of tarding out on you, I know how frustrating that can be. Hope we can fight again sometime. Lil Majin: We only fought once but I gotta give you props still. You're match with Astaroth was awesome to watch as well, I didn't know who was going to win that one. Tad: Man, I wish we would of been able to get some matches in. Hit me up sometime when you think you'll be down here and we'll set something up and get together. Maybe by then Luke will have enough time put in to put up an actual fight. Hopefully we can all do this again sometime soon that would be awesome.
