That move is not separate from Griflet, it's the first hit of Griflet; the animation from it links seamlessly into the uppercut portion. It also couldn't be a normal anyway because it produces the "cross-shaped sparks, blue shockwaves" hitspark that's unique to specials/supers (Nine's spells also produce the same hitspark, BTW).

Es's sprite animation for it appears to continue on from Griflet's sprite animation. It matches the description of enhanced Griflet's auto-followup happening as she is falling. 4Gamer's article speaks of enhanced Griflet's added crest hit and auto-followup as if they are separate (they put it as 紋章発生＆自動追撃).

Nope. I can make out some of Es's battle dialogue and it sounds like she's saying "Type:Slasher 'Ga-something'" here. "Ga-something" because I can't quite hear the knight name clear enough other than that it seemingly starts with "Ga". Sounded like it could be either "Gawain" or "Gareth". Don't quote me as if what I'm saying is gospel though; I'm only 100% certain of the "Type:Slasher" part, not of the knight name part. According to Famitsu and 4Gamer, the track playing during the gameplay is actually a new track by XBlaze composer Kikuo.

So, looks like we get a Mai VS Mei-Fang fight in chapter 2, AND it seems like the spear might be a product of NoName's powers.

Mori stated once on a stream that even though officially there are 3 main characters of BlazBlue (Ragna, Jin and Noel), in his mind Rachel and Hazama are the 4th and 5th main characters.

XX and AC are in a weird state of limbo because only bits and pieces of their stories appear to be canon, though all characters who made their first appearance in XX/AC do appear to still be canon. The fact that Daisuke had no direct involvement in writing XX's story might have something to do with this but I'm not sure. Worth noting that XX and AC are both completely omitted from the official timeline used as Xrd's prologue on official websites.

Kokonoe never called Noel a vessel, she called Noel the Master Unit's other self (bunshin) before correcting herself and saying Noel is the Master Unit itself. She did refer to the prime field device as Noel's vessel. At no point has Noel been called a vessel of The Origin, that's just a speculation. She's just been called "The Origin" or "the Master Unit's core".

With regards to voice casting, apparently Valerie Arem from PCB Productions had some say in casting decisions for Xrd if we're to believe some of the comments from a few of the VAs.

Since I've now heard Raquel speak in Naoto's act 3 ending. Raquel Alucard: Kana Ueda Same VA as Rachel, but using a different voice. A younger sounding voice, more reminiscent of Rin Tohsaka from Fate/Stay night.

I'd just like to point out, Terumi did not use Takamagahara to retcon anything. He used Takamagahara to stop Ragna from being able to activate the Azure Grimoire, so Nu could keep attacking him unhindered. The retcon/reset was done by the Master Unit, and the reason Terumi had Ragna fighting Nu and kept him from activating BlazBlue was to force the Master Unit to intervene, causing it to come closer to the world so that the Nemesis Horizon could be opened and the Master Unit could be brought into the world.

Trinity is responsible for Jin being completely healed; it was part of their pact to work with each other.
