It doesn't work well on Inferno divider cause he'll beat that out.... I just thought you'll understand from the spark bolt punishment, how that can lead to stuff on other characters... like hakumen's distortion, reading a burst, Noel's air distortion (depending on range) etc....

I steel rain to punish moves... For example when tagers do full screen spark bolts, that'll whiff cause it has invincible startup....doesn't work on moves that hit multiple times
