No BB isn't really a surprise, I doubt many people would really want BB in as well as P4A, unless it was CP, which just isn't happening without a solid console release date. As long as P4A gets a strong enough showing this year and people support CP, there's always next year for BB. GG can still get in anyway, what with the donate thing.
