    Yes ragna, the Neo Sol, he plays traditionally and has some awesome attack animations.

    Arakune can be brutal, but the curse must be active, and you can't let you opponent hit you. not only that but he can turn invisible AND teleport with his dashes. overall he's one of my favorite characters.
