I tried this on jin, and theres no way he could get hit by it, he was way below me. Was i supposed to use 5C to launch or something? Edit: Nevermind, I got it right after i posted this. I was doing the drive way too late, have to be pretty quick for it to hit.

So what would be a good amount of reps to end at? Is there any real limit to when it has to end?

Ah, okay thanks for clearing that up. I thought taunt loop was going to be ridiculously character or startup specific.

Someone please tell me i've got this right: For taunt loops, there are certain ways to start the loop which are better than others leading to more reps, regardless of character. So essentially 5B>6A startup would be the same on carl as it would on tager or another big character.

Definitely planning on getting a capture card eventually, but until then I'll have to settle for getting matches up whenever i play my friend, and whenever he feels like recording. If you wanted to record some matches with me in them and put them up on your youtube, that would be holywowawwwwesome. And i have yet to play you ever. Boo. You live on West Coast, right? Eh, online doesn't really mean much. Even if i had a better tao than you, you seem like the sort of person who would give sound advice. I don't really watch matches so i don't know how to play tao, but from what you've said you watch alot of matches with good people in them, and are in contact with taoftw. My tao is basically me making up stuff as i go along and finding out what's good and what gets me punished. So, by all means, feel free to give me advice.

I was the Tao in that match and I was mostly trying to play super defensively, since one of my issues/bad habits is being overaggressive and eating counter hits left and right. I'm also pretty wary of Litchi's scary dragon punch, if you could give me tips on this match up that would be great.

I have access to BBCS 10 minutes away, so if anyone has any questions feel free to ask and I'll write them down and test them next time i get to play it. Just nothing like "lol i made this combo up it's pretty ridiculous test it anyways please"
