ok ill start you off in a lil bit. bang is a very powerful character this time around but to use this character well is to know what he has in every given moment. for defense you have guard points and teleports, aa A nails, and D nails. 5a as an anti air and 5b as meaty will beat a lot of things out. there are more things that you can use just find one that fits your playstyle. his mobility is his best weapon use that shit! mixup your opponent and keep him guessing on what your going to do,once they are good and scared then you pile on more pressure for your shennanigans to ensue. use overheads sparingly BUT use them cause i know i can catch somone slipping once ive got them trained to block low. as it can lead to 5k damage and more oki pressure. learn to bait DPs with bang against people that have em cause this will be a deal breaker cause ragna, jin, makoto, tsubaki, and hazamas super can put you in a bad situation bangs defense isnt all that great so once they have you learn to get out and get back in their face. oh and play SMART dont just throw nails away all willy nilly you might need them and you onlu have 12....use it wiseley. and watch nezu, dora ( before he went stupid), and even some dacidbro play and use it as a buildingblock to your own playstyle. i personally play like dora cause i like to bullshit a lot and usually ends up costing me the match but who cares? im having fun.

HELL no. guile can keep his old ass out easy. fei long can shut down that shit with U2 and cammy.oro had a boring ass game plan which is turtle build meter ad then try to get the loop. urien would be a better choice cause of his playstyle. his rushdown was godly! and would fit well in ssf4. point is oro might be a good character but in SSF4 he wont transition well whereas yun and yang have a dynamic play style that can be adjusted to certain situations. fuckit no one here gives a shit anyways.

MS is his lv3 and it looks amazing! good job capcom on my favorite web head! web balls looks like if it hits ur in stun for a LONG time so its actually useful! damn spider man can be a good point / battery type character cause of this. and if ou get his old assists back he will be a good adition for thor to set up some damage, have thor as point have web ball assist and then if web ball hits thor can come in and beat the living hell outta you and then DHC into spider man for more shit! oh man i can see it now!

i was actually hoping for thor to have alex like moveset from TVC. and i was right. very mobile yet heavy hitting moves. sounds like doom will be his best friend.

im guessing the remaining ten are just mvc2 characters returning. mags fo sho spider i would be shocked if hes not in stoirm strong possibility sent!! dude is MVC2, sent will be in hopefully. cyclops im not too bummed if he isnt in. strider?? capcom hoping for viper and ibuki cause sf4 and three dont have reps yet. ( but doubt it) im thinking if capcom was smart they would include some sf4 rep. silver surfer??? oh and maybe the sentry.

Ok maybe what I said wasn't clear enough so let me rephrase. In marvel the top teirs had a few things going for them that made it very very hard for low teirs to hang. Air dashing and trijumps is one. Movement for certain characters made it possible to do infinites and such. So that's one issue Damage IM proton cannon = death Sent sucker punch and tron assist Doom strider rocks and oroborros chip See what I mean?? So far mvc3 has and looks like it will adress these issues. So no you won't have a bad matchup like roll vs sent like in mvc2. I played the vs games since cota casually and its been broken since day 1. That's what made marvel what it is. Hate it or love it this game will get broken its just inevitable. Its just a question of how broke it is. Right now no one looks close to what MSP or MSS had In terms of team synergy. Doom sent strider had the perfect synergy and if capcom can recreate that with a certain ammount of tweaks it will make the game last for me anyways. In mvc2 the depth came from the combos and mindgames. Should I dhc to add damage? If so will I have the meter to spare?? Should I go for a reset and get more damage or go for dizzy?? There's a millon things to do and a million ways to do it. That's what made marvel fun. If capcom recreates that I'm happy. As long as everyone can do something that others can't it will have a varied playstyle. And with capcom balancing as of late it should be good. Tvc ssf4 was close to perfect but some characters still sucked and that's how fighters are..

I find it funny that most of you probably hated mvc2 and are now complaining about mvc3 playing like 2. The complaints about no universal air dashing made me lol Its not BB or GG so its not gonna be the same. Character wise I think its far far more varied than 2 was cause 2 had totally shittastic characters that were killed easily by mags and company. The damage of some of the characters were laughable compared to those guys. The character choices so far is looking good to me. Nice keep away characters chris, deadpool, Heavy hitters hulk thor Speed freaks rush down dante x23 wolvie All purpose cap ryu trish Trap chars trish doom Seriously onnce people figure teams out and the team makup we will see the true style of mvc3 I'm hype as hell cause I cantg wait to experiment with the game and see what is broken and what is not. And fuck character balance Just make it broken and fun like mvc2 was. Or at least make it so that everyone has a way to win. So we can see some more variety in terms of top reir teams.

so far she does great damage, shes able to OTG into super and she has guiles final somersault super?? interesting. looks like her normals have no range though but shes freakish fast with that airial drill and dive kicks. tron as always looks badass, hopefully her broken assist comes back and breaks the game once more. DOOM/TRON/STRIDER cmon capcom make it fucking happen i dont want to main dante

funny most of these haters probably never read any of her miniseries or comics at all. she was pretty dope in X-FORCE and im sure capcom will make her good in MVC3 if not then you still have logan to play as. all i need now is some strider confirmation ( hopefully) and sentinel.

bang vs makoto huh? ok i guess ill start off small for a second. on her teleport shadow move where theres three of them she can be beat out by 5B so if you see her use it her follow ups better be invul cause 5b will eat it alive. 2C to supa crash doesnt work on her so combos that require that will whiff. her main blockstreings are pretty much like bangs and rragna just IB and try to get out of pressure and play it safe when you get knocked down. her damage isnt too scary but watch out for her loops and resets she can be a pain in the ass. other than that stick and move. your a LOT more mobile and powerful than her so use that to your full advantage. oh and i dont know if it was just me but when ur in FRKZ she is basically dead cause she doesnt have much pokes outside of sweep range except for her super. so frkz bang can cause some serious pressure on her.
