I've uploaded some matches of us fighting. Do you still need some advice on Tager-Ragna? (It'd be a shame if you ditched Ragna, because you're one of the rare Ragna's who actually thinks =/ ). And jump cancelling everything should actually be an alright strategy. Just watch out for 2C (20 frames lol) and AC. You can probably hit him out of AC. And if you see a Tager IB, say, Hell's Fang, RC and jump or something XD. 50 Heat with DP's is a must as well.
