    Hmm, I've been playing some Carls from Brazil. Imo it's not that much. Maybe 6.5-3.5, but certainly not 7-3. Hell, I could even say 6-4.

    Going offtopic to answer your question, but some website had said that in September they'll hold a Loketest in Japan with the new Arcade cabinet. It will include not only Makoto and Mu, but Valkenhayn and Platinum as well. However, I don't know if the info is fake or not.
